We really liked the hotel, our only complaint was the noise on the street right outside the hotel. They were doing construction and sometimes dogs would be barking all night.

We picked this hotel because of the location and convenience of being able to walk everywhere. It was perfect for that, if you plan to just be in/out given the room size itself is small. Staff was great both at front desk and at breakfast. Thanks!

Exploded lightbulb, stains, rude front desk!!!
The room was weird. Blue lights and a sparkly wall (not in a good way). It looked like a club. There were paint stains and (unidentifiable) stains on tables and beds. The beds had human hair on them and the bathroom lightbulb exploded while I was there. I felt gross inside the room. The window was broken and the "forth bed" looked like a DIY project. It smelled weird and the front desk people are nice until you pay. They don't care about you after that. They must have bribed customers for the 5 star reviews. I left after 45 minutes and I would rather sleep on the street than in this hotel.

This hotel was a great find. The location was perfect. Historical sights and the tram line T1 were a maximum 7 minutes walk some even closer with no major uphill walk. The staff Hamdullah and Aydin were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast on the terrace level had lovely views and good choice. Hasan was always attentive and served with a smile. Would stay here again.

Fantastyczny hotel w samym centrum starego miasta. Wszędzie blisko, cudowny widok na Hagia Sophia. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie. Wszyscy mili, uśmiechnięci i pomocni. Obfite i smaczne śniadanie że świeżych składników serwowane w restauracji na dachu z widokiem na Bosfor i Hagia Sophia.

I cannot say more than great this about Antusa Hotel , the workers were very nice and helpful . They spoke English which is great and even if they did not understand they went the extra mile to help. We wanted to stay again for our second part of our trip but no more rooms available but they still held on to our luggage so we can go to another city and explore. I will definitely stay again next time I come to Turkey . My entire family loved it. The spa was also a great relaxing experience.

It was an amazing stay! I very much enjoyed it. The staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to help with every single issue we had (we were in Istanbul for the first time and had a lot of questions, including various tours). Staff are very friendly and welcoming, but the rooms and washroom smell and are dirty. Once we got the room it was not cleaned properly, the washroom sink was dirty and had black stains from previous guests, the table inside the room had a mark and a stain of makeup product, and lots of finger prints on the glass from previous guests. Besides everything that was stated, the staff was very welcoming and friendly.
