The hotel is very good, the rooms are big and clean; I had two comments, first, I booked the room for 4 persons and they confirmed the extra bed, however, while checking in they told us that no more extra bed available! They sort it out by bringing a mattress! Second, they don’t have adaptors for the power sockets and if you don’t have one then you can’t charge your mobile and laptop and if you really need it then they will sell it to you by 300 TL! The breakfast is really good, the food is amazing.

I stayed here before so I decided to stay here again i arrived after a long drive tge security at the gate wouldn’t allow me to park until i give him my room number which i cant get until i check in then he ask me to go park in a dark corner away from the hotel when i asked him to park infront of the hotel he said no then i tried to follow his instructions he still want me to go park at the very end i got mad and went to lobby to complain he chased me like a criminal the lobby solved the problem and apparently he kept giving me a dirty look together with the hotel manager she seemed very rude i will not stay here again

Truly the champion underdog . .
The price and the amenities are unbeatable, the staff made me feel like I'm amongst my greatest friends, uncompromising service and helpfulness, the location is great close to Rmaar,and Uskudar so in 5 min I'm on the boat to the blue mosque or grand bazaar, I'm really impressed i think you will be too

Konum olarak tüm yolların kesiştiği bir noktada olduğu için istediğiniz yere rahatlıkla gidebiliyorsunuz. Emaar sqaure avm’ye yürüme mesafesi. Ücretsiz otoparkı mevcut ve çok geniş. Otoparktan direk asansörle odanıza çıkabiliyorsunuz. Çok güzel bir terası mevcut. Odalar gayet temiz ve ferah. Çalışanlar gayet ilgiliydi. Stayed on the 5th floor and was still a lot of noise from the roads at either side of the hotel. Ask for a higher room if possible. Some staff really helpful, others not so much and felt like an inconvenience. Breakfast was ok but food overall is expensive and of poor quality, stay away from room service, usually cold, greasy and arrives to your room uncovered.

Stayed 2 nights and as other reviews have said, was a really nice hotel with excellent service. I booked the superior suite for 2 adults and 2 children where the living room had 2 single beds so plenty of space. There was a slight hiccup at check-in (which was early morning after a late night flight) due to the number of beds but this was resolved well. The platters of fruit was unexpected and a very nice touch. I found out the gym only opens at 11 which was later than expected so couldn't make use of it. However, they did offer to keep it open later. The library and terrace were very nice and quiet when needing to work. Emaar mall was a 5 minute walk away and there was a nice restaurant up the hill as well. The car parking at the hotel was also useful as we hired a car. Overall excellent stay with great service from Tarik, Arda and Uleen.
