Séjour horrible, drap tâcher de sang, la vitre de la douche explose sur notre fils de 8 ans on ne nous change meme pas de chambre et on nous demande de nettoyer nous même. On est partit avant la fin de notre séjour plus jamais on retournera la bas on a contacter l assistance hôtel.com ils se foutent de votre tête. Un bon de 25€ en dédommagement et il ne fonctionne même pas. C est honteux se cité ne devrait pas exister

Otelin durumu gerçekten berbat. Kimyasalların kötü kokusundan yıpranmış ve kirli yataklara kadar. Otelin hemen arkasında bir Simsari mağazası var, sanırım en kötü ve en ucuz ekipmanı alıp odalara koyuyorlar. Aldığım odanın zemini, zemini yıkamak için kullanıldığını düşünmediğim malzemelerle yıkandı. Yürüdüğümde ayaklarım yere yapışıyordu. Maalesef bu otele hiç kimseye tevsiye edemiyorum.

the hotel is chaos and dirty and full of lice (bed bugs) when I checked into the hotel they tried to deceive me and give me a single bed room while I booked a double bed room. Then I got a double bed room but it was not the room in their picture but a room on the upper floor and the room was dirty and smelled of cigarettes then when I was going to unpack my things I discovered a lot of lice and insects on the bed. I filmed too many lice or (Bed bugs) and showed them to the reception that I don't want to stay here and I demanded my money back but they refused. They offered me another room but it was also just as dirty. the hotel is really crap and not at all worth spending a single penny there.
