After the first night we had to buy water, we had to wash our coffee cups in the bathroom, we were told we had to wash them ourselves. The room was small for 4 people and was told that our luggage cannot fit.

L'hĆ“tel est juste trĆØs bien situĆ©. Le petit dejeuner Ć©tait horrible. On l'a pris Ć  l'extĆ©rieur. La chambre Ć©tait trop petite. Il y avait une fenĆŖtre qui donnait sur tous les climatiseurs. Le bruit Ć©tait insupportable. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait correctement. Les parois de la douche Ć©tait trop petite donc la salle de bain Ć©tait inondĆ©e aprĆØs chaque passage. Des plinthes cassĆ©es. Bref je ne recommande pas cet hĆ“tel!

From the reception staff to cleaning staff to the kitchen staff are very friendly and will Go above and beyond to help you. Room was nice and clean, bit outdated but nevertheless very comfortable.
