We didn't realise this was a hotel which didn't sell alcohol and they didn't want you to bring your own food or drink in. Access to the pool was only via the lower gym area through turnstiles, even though there were doors out to the pool area from the main reception.

Bad customer service and unacceptable treatment
The checkin was a terrible Experience. While our passports were being copied and formalities being processed, the agent suddenly left our checking process aside and took care of two women who came to visit a guest in two rooms, they quickly received access cards without and ID or other requirements. I asked why our checking got stopped and other were suddenly prioritised the simple answer was that these were guests of a guest. Afterwards the concierge requested extra payment from me

Anahtarımı hotelde unuttuğum iƧin aradım geƧ saatte aradığım iƧin yardımcı olmayacaklarını sƶylediler. Anahtar unuttuğumu ve orada olup olmadığı bilgisinin Ƨok ƶnemli olduğunu sƶyledim ve yardımcı olunmasını istedim bunun ardından kƶtĆ¼ bir ton ile aynı cĆ¼mle tekrar edildi ve yĆ¼zĆ¼me telefon kapatıldı. Unutmak benim hatam olabilir ancak bu kƶtĆ¼ davranışa gerek yoktu.
