The Hotel is on a hill and you have to walk down steps to get to the entrance then again if you get a room in the basement like we did The traffic on the road to the hotel is terrible The wardrobe was broken Electricity went. The bed is not comfortable and the light from the smoke alarm that flashes all night is annoying

Unser Deluxe Zimmer hatte kein Meerblick, obwohl wir so gebucht hatten. Die Genster waren undicht, es war kalt und die Klimaanlage hat nicht geheizt, haben es zwar reklamiert, aber hat keinen interessiert. Taxi rufen war unmƶglich. Einzigste gute war, die Lage, nur 5 Minuten FuƟweg zu ortakƶy Zentrum.

Der Standort des Hotels ist top, oberhalb von Ortakƶy ā€žZentrumā€œ, gut zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war leider klein, im Bad konnte man sich kaum bewegen. An der Sauberkeit kann man noch was machen! Die schƶne Aussicht habe ich gesucht? Ich weiƟ nicht wo dieses Foto entstanden sein soll. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett und hilfsbereit, sie haben ƶfter nach unseren Wohlbefinden gefragt. Leider war ein Upgrade auf ein grĆ¶ĆŸeres Zimmer nicht mƶglich da alles ausgebucht war.
