So Close to Everything!
We got to the hotel at 7am and they graciously checked us in! The front desk staff was very accommodating. Then we met the Concierge, Fatih. Fatih planned our days and guided us to the tram, the cruise, the best time to visit all the sites. He was invaluable. Fer Is very conveniently located; within walking distance to the mosque complex. All the staff at the hotel were great. The breakfast was consistently great and Fatih from the Fer Hotel was fantastic with suggestions and information on where to go, and what to do. The hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. A very trustworthy and wonderful hotel to stay at. We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Turkey.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing. Was very clean and modern. The only comment I would have would be the noise from the street. Double glazing is not very good and although we were on the 5th floor it was still very noticeable. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

Staff at the property were excellent,very helpful and willing to give information/ directions etc. Room was clean and a daily room service. Excellent location to all the main points of interest. Breakfast was fine, as we donā€™t take much other than coffee/tea first thing. Tram station at the bottom of the street which was very handy. ( public transport once you get the hang of it is excellent and very cheap) One small gripe , we had a room facing onto the street above main entrance which was a bit noisy at times, but we were exhausted by evening time and usually got to sleep quite quickly. Overall would recommend Fer Hotel as a good place to stay while in Istanbul. Hotel Staff and location are great. Can be a bit rabbit caught in the headlights on first arrival in Istanbul as the city is very busy and at times overwhelming but with the help of hotel staff we managed to get to grips with it. Fantastic city to visit. Nine out ten for the Fer Hotel

A great City Hotel is a difficult find - the Fer Hotel is jewel in Istanbul. My return to the hotel didnā€™t disappoint. The hotelā€™s professional staff, well appointed rooms and central position within the Sultanemet neighborhood - as well as the very comfortable bed - made our stay in Istanbul a delight.
