Extremely helpful staff. They helped explain many things to us and made our visit easier. They even gave us an extra bed to put in the other room so we could sleep in separate rooms. Great, central location, near the tram and within walking distance of many tourist attractions.

The worst treatment ever in 30 years of travel
we arrived as a group. we were treated very badly throughout our stay. we were given the worst rooms, only to be changed after contestation. we were treated like total idiots and a nuisance throughout the 4 days. we were regularly told off, refused very basic requests, and although the hotel is owned by a very decent young couple, the father is a true character one would not like to spend a minute in the presence of. unfortunately, he mans the front desk and answers all queries.

Merhaba, tek gece arkadaşımla beraber kaldık. Konum olarak haliƧ metrosuna 2 dakika mesafe de yĆ¼rĆ¼yerek karakƶy, Şişhane, taksime hızlıca gidebilirsiniz. Girişte Ƨok kolaylıklar sağladılar. 1 gĆ¼n ƶnce otelin ve odanın her tĆ¼rlĆ¼ ƶzelliğini iletişim ulaşım foto /video gibi şeyler atarak işimizi Ƨok kolaylaştırdılar. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

El precio estĆ” bastante bien por lo que recibes en cambio. Esta fĆ”cil de mover en la cuidad ya que transporte pĆŗblico como el metro estĆ” a unos segundos del hotel.
