Our room was right next to the hotelā€™s restaurant. At around 2 AM, a group of people were being very loud in the restaurantā€™s balcony. I contacted the hotel lobby when this happened the second night and it was taken care of but it just woke us up the second night which was irritating.

Blue Mosque, Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Grand Bazar all very nearby (walking distance, 5 to 20 minuten walk) and we had an amazing view on the Blue Mosque, asean part of Istanbul and the sea from our room!

The staff were amazing. Especially Melike, she really is a gem. She is very knowledgeable about Istanbul and made our stay very welcome. Luba took care of us for breakfast and was always ready with what she knew we liked. They staff is wonderful. Special thanks to Sezgin, always there to help. Our stay was wonderful.

We booked the hotel originally for the sea view which was spectacular but we found the hotel to be more than satisfactory, within walking distance to the town and surrounding areas, very polite and friendly staff, the room was cleaned thoroughly each day, we only joined in breakfast at the hotel once as we had so much planned but it was beautiful with plenty of dishes to choose from. My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. The only thing I would like to see in future is the possibility of being able to access your Netflix account on the television should you be an insomniac like me but overall 10/10

Heartwarming helpful
I had the most heartwarming experience after I got denied boarding to Thailand and had to stay unexpectedly in Istanbul melicine at the reception let me stay hours before in the room after a sleepless night and helped me all the way. The hotel is quiet, beds are excellent and the breakfast wonderful.Staff excellent and super friendly.

Nice small hotel in safe area. Easy walk to all tourist areas. The staff were exceptional we arrive in Istanbul at 6 AM and at the hotel at 7 AM. The receptionist, Saleh, gave us coffee and let us start our stay then instead of making us wait until 2PM for ā€œcheck in.ā€ What a relief! We could rest, shower, and get on with our stay instead of waiting until the afternoon!

The property was located right above the sea. The views were outstanding and we were able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend room 402 for the best views and wrap around balcony.

The room we had was small. We had a great view. Breakfast was expensive for Istanbul. The location is good. It is close to everything in the Sultannet area. The pictures of the hotel dont seem to match the hotel. It was very clean.

The property is very old, hallways and lobby are remodeled but the rooms are extremely old and very tight. Bedding and towels had stains. You can see slums from your window.
