Location was okay a bit far from everything. In general hotel was good, breakfast was okay. I was very disappointed with the gym it's not even a gym, weights were wrapped with celotape making it very unsafe. Swimming pool was great size but the shock surprise I was only allowed to use it till 5pm and after that 100$ charge. I will complain regards to this matter as this ruined my stay and was not stated anywhere in my booking. In general hotel was good and is okay to stay in.

Cons: - first night: water was dripping from the roof and had to be shifted to another room. - called for an iron on second day, didnā€™t recieve so we left without ironing. Called for an iron on third day and request was ignored until we rang the 3rd time absoloutley fuming. - beds are hard and uncomfortable Pillows and throws were dirty with makeup stain on it from previous guests. - mouldy dirty bathroom - aircon didnā€™t work properly - front desk staff tried to offer us a transfer back to the airport at a much higher price but we had already booked a taxi back for a cheaper price. - for a 4 star hotel i would expect staff to atleast help us carry our luggage to the taxi - this did not happen. Wouldnā€™t stay here again Pros: the views from our room

Place is an absolutely a dump. Very tiny rooms. They dont have iron stands and their irons are filthy ruined our clothes that we want it to wear for relatives wedding. I would not recommend it to no one. Most of the rooms light didnt work.

The hotel was OK. The pool and spa area were lovely. Room was quite small and aircon did not work. Room was hot too without hearing on which meant window needed opening but there is a constant stream of noise all day from traffic and mosque and then all evening from the restaurant bar across the road. Some of the staff were lovely but others not so much. I was quite worried upon checking in as it seemed like the man on reception couldn't find my booking until I mebtioned Expedia. Thrn suddenly my booking was found but he still worked out something on a calculator before checking us in. Upon waking after our first night we found the dressing table covered with water from a leaking kettle. Everything on table was soaked including the hotels own feedback forms.. This was eventually sorted and kettle replaced after second time of asking. Cleaners do a lovely job and will replace towels daily if you press the clean room button on door and leave used towels on bathroom floor. Room refreshments such as coffee and tea are sparse. Bed was rick hard and so uncomfortable.. Breakfast options are vast... There is so much to choose from and try. The little coffee shop at front of Restaurant is nice but hotel prices. Thr view from the rooftop restaurant is amazing..
