Thank the receptionist Media made the check in very easy with her warm welcoming. She is very professional and friendly. The toilet tray needs improvement, there wasnā€™t enough supplements for two people. The room was very from the lift and it was a long walk for my 70 years old mother.

Classic Grand Hyatt plus fantastic open pool area. You feel like in the resort while staying in the middle of the city. Highly recommended, especially during the warm season
