The hotel was easy to find, easy to get to and park. They were courteous and kind. They were helpful getting a taxi planned and called when they arrived. Would Highly recommend this hotel.

We spontaneously decided to stay a night here because we had a long layover to fly back to the state. It is a last minute booking and they were able to accommodate. The building looks renovated however the drain in the shower room doesnā€™t drain like a normal drain, itā€™s like youā€™re standing in a shallow pool. Not a big deal, can manage. The flush for the toilet it works but every time you hit the flush the plate completely falls off. When we informed the staff and asked to be changed to a different room they wasted a lot of our rest time and eventually said no to us. The curtain panel only one panel was installed and the other one was left in a closet. I wouldā€™ve not stayed here if it werenā€™t a location close to airport. If you come here, donā€™t expect much. The sheet also has stain.

We booked the stay for a quick stopover & shower. We did not have high expectations and even those were not met :( There was 1 towel, 1/4 roll tp, extremely uncomfortable bed, no temperature controls in the room, discoloured bedding, flat pillows. Sadly a disappointment- would have been better off to just walk around the airport for a few hours.

These guys are awesome! From pulling up they were there to help with luggage. They set me up an early airport transfer that went perfectly. Very friendly and efficient. Room is nice, modern, clean, bed is comfy. Exactly what i needed.

My stay was amazing! The staff was so friendly and welcoming! I am a young good looking lady traveling solo and had a long layover between flights. I needed a safe place to rest. I booked my stay with a shuttle service. First, the shuttle arrangement was super easy, the driver arrived on time and was super helpful and friendly. I also received a warm welcome from the reception staff. The room was nice and clean, the bed was really comfy. I really liked the hotel staff, they were so friendly and welcoming, O felt really taken care of. The hotel is just 15 mins away from the airport, itā€™s a good alternative to overpriced hotels located at the airport. I totally recommend staying there!

Firstly, prepare to get approached by Turkish cab drivers trying to scam you claiming uber is illegal at the airport. This is not the case. Not sure why this hotel had such great ratings. Door didn't even lock when attempting to leave the room. Room initially seems OK but when you're in it for some time you realise how shody everything is. For example, skirting board was hanging off the wall with nails exposed. Big hole in the ceiling. Bathroom sink tap wasn't screwed on properly. Black mold on the ceiling. Area around the property is very bad. Our view out the window was essentially rubble. Bed was at least clean, although very firm. When we went to check out it was just some random kid who took our keycard who said he didn't even work there. Which is very unprofessional. It's about a 15 min drive from the airport and the Turkish taxi drivers are absolutely crazy drivers. Feels very unsafe. Hopefully we never have to stay in Istanbul for a layover again.

Terrible room conditions. The hotel was in the middle of interior construction electronics box hanging outside the wall making loud noises. They got cash money for breakfast and refused to give it back for early check-in.
