An average hotel
I believe it is important for the hotel to make a quick reservation. The room was less than expected. The bathroom window did not close completely, so noises were heard from the street especially the men in front of the bar until morning. The bathroom was very small and the water basin was too. I don't know if the hotel has bigger rooms; however, I recommend mostly for solo travellers. I liked the breakfast and the kind staff too. I hope to come again.

the location of the hotel and such is great, and it is acceptably clean, however the beds are very uncomfortable. cant have a straight 7 hr sleep. each night i wake from pain 3 or 4 hrs sleep.

The room was above our expectations, it was big enough for us. The location was good, close to tram station and metros, major city attractions, shopping malls, and local areas. However, room service was not okay. They dis clean everyday, but did not give enough towels or sometimes did not even change them. Trash was left for days and sheets were never changed. Staff was pretty friendly, especially the somehow blonde guy from reception who works at the afternoon was very helpful. Thanks to him.

La verdad este hotel me ha sorprendido mucho para bien , me han tratado genial la limpieza súper agradable y el personal de 10 , lo recomiendo 100%la zona no está mal tienes para lavar la ropa Justo al lado del hotel, restaurantes y tiendas , el metro a 10 minutos lo que menos me ha gustado ha sido el desayuno que siempre es lo mismo y te cobran por una tortilla
