great location. the rooms not as nice as in photos. No long mirror in the room to see outfit, one mirror in the bathroom so you can't put make up or do your hair if bathroom is busy, no kettle ( I like to make my tea as soon as I wake up and before I go to bed) not convieniet to go to the main kitchen area for that, I asked for one and they suggested I use the common area foe that, no iron, no night stand on both sides of the bed (double/queen bed, I'm not talking about a single bed), low bed (too low in my opinion). didn't clean the room once during my stay. it's a clean hotel, great location but not excellent with their room features.

First of all the front desks was helpful and nice. I enjoyed the healthy and yummy breakfast. My room is pretty clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel is really close to the tourists spots, shopping center and restaurants.

Our room was in the front of the hotel and there are many small restaurants around the hotel. So it was noisy with music until about 12 midnight. Itā€™s better to ask them for a room on the back. The TV was not working and they could not fix it. They were short staffed and the receptionist guy was doing everything on his own. The receptionist was helpful in guiding us where to go during our 2 day stay. The hotel location is good - everything is close by.

Cute hotel centrally located for exploring main tourist spots on foot. 5-10 minute walk to Basilica cistern, Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque. 15-20 minute walk to Bazaars and Bosphorus ferries. 1 bedroom suite was comfortable, clean and spacious for 3. Air conditioning in both rooms worked well. Daily breakfast on roof top was simple but adequate nourishment to get your day started. Ask for room in back; you wonā€™t hear noises from street at night.

They did not supply water after the first day and wanted to charge 100 lira for each bottle we took from fridge. Ridiculous as bottles were 10 lira on the street. Also if tap water is undrinkable they should be providing it for free!

The room was in the basement and had windows that opened onto the street. It was so noisy I might as well have been sleeping on the sidewalk. The bathroom was actually a wet room and there wasnā€™t so much as a bar of soap. Even if there had been there would have been no place to put it while showering but the floor. Even though I had been traveling since the day before I chose not to shower. The room smelled musty and stale. I also left something hanging in my room when I left. I sent an email to the hotel via Expedia to arrange to have it sent back and the hotel never responded. It was a long denim dress/jacket and I guess someone wanted to keep it.

Excellent location - central to all the main sites and has a number of great restaurants next to or near by. Staff were very nice and welcoming. Breakfast was great. It is a unique hotel because it has character. The location is the best. Close to trams . Breakfast is super. The chef does an excellent job. Yummy cake. Rooftop terrace overlooks the blue mosque.Beautiful at night when lit up. The entire staff is so warm and kind. My husband was sick and Joseph prepared him a special tea with honey Last but maybe the best part is the wonderful cats everywhere. One was sleeping right outside the entrance to the hotel. Then there is all the lovely birds in the garden trees. The sea gulls are super watching them soar in the air. The sea is so close the air is fresh. . Highly recommend this hotel
