Property was vey nice! Pool area was lovely and club lounge was good. Rooms were very clean and our house keeper Nilofour was very good. She was always so sweet and cleaned out very nicely!! Only thing is that hotel is a little far from town and too many cats about otherwise overall very good.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Istanbul Marmara Sea and had an exceptional experience, for this reason, I added one more week to my stay: The hotel's modern design and convenient location near Ataköy Marina were impressive. My room was spacious, clean, and had a stunning view. The service was outstanding. Cemre Fidan, the supervisor of the front desk, was incredibly helpful and professional. Cha Cha from the concierge provided great recommendations and assistance, and Metin from the front team was always friendly and ready to help. I have one more person from the front team from Russia he was so awesome unfortunately I can't remember his name I believe is Sustain 😊 However, the amenities, including the spa and restaurant, were top-notch, making my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for luxury and excellent service in Istanbul.

It was also a 5 minute walk to a nice mall and grocery store!!! So convenient. Incredible service staff and the food was 10/10.

There was two surprises first i was there around 2:45 pm and we did wait for check in close to 1 hour!!! Secondly the same for check out we didn’t used anything from minibar and i told them as usual but they made me wait around 20 min for checking!!

The hotel is beautiful, very clean and nice. There are three malls near the hotel one of them is only 3 minutes walking distance. Staff are very polite, caring and nice. The area is quiet and the hotel arrange for a taxi for you. I fully recommend the hotel
