Perfect place to stay in an ideal location! It’s on a quiet corner a block from Galata Tower (and about 1000 places selling San Sebastián cheesecake). It’s about 2/3 of the way up in elevation between Karakoy and Taxim, making it a good starting point for exploration. Staff was friendly and helpful, always there to give advice on destinations, places to eat, getting around, or just to provide a cup of coffee. Simay in particular was great! The room was comfortable and clean, bigger than expected, really a junior suite with kitchenette, sitting area and bed in a separate nook, and a much larger bathroom than I usually expect in a boutique hotel. There’s not many amenities other than coffee and tea in the lobby, but everything you may need is within a block or two. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in Istanbul!

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It’s right by the Galata tower. As soon as you get out, you are in the main spot. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes and a 10 min walk to the Galata bridge. We got a room on the 4th floor and it was surprisingly quiet for the location we were in, this place made our Turkey trip. Also, the staff is super friendly and helpful. If I ever visit Istanbul again this will be the place I stay.

Certainly! Here’s a refined version of your review: What an amazing place! Louis Appartements is a fantastic boutique hotel, and what truly sets it apart is the exceptional staff. Tufan, the manager, is an incredible host. He ensured everything was managed perfectly, from our pre-arrival arrangements to our departure. His team was equally impressive, with Ezgi, Oguljan, and Simay all going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Tufan and his team handled every detail impeccably: the room, check-in process, cleaning, and providing excellent recommendations for places to visit, shop, and even things to avoid. We stayed in the tower suite, which was fantastic with a massive balcony and a great room. Louis appartement is well located in the nice area of Galata right by the tower. It’s nice and clean, the whole hotel and the rooms are very enjoyable and the lobby / reception very welcoming. I would give 6 stars to the staff if I could. We were welcomed on our first night with traditional tea and coffee and a lot of tips to visit. The team gave me so many advices and suggestion for food this helped me a lot I didn’t have to worry about it. Ezgi, Simay and Oğuljan were very kind and every single restaurants they suggested were excellent especially Guney and Il Cortile. Tufan the owner was very helpful as well. I have travelled to many cities and this was by far one of the best hotel staff. Definitely recommend it !
