The hotel is perfectly positioned and near to Taxim and the Metro. The staff were incredibly helpful in everything.

Quiet property within walking distance to Taksim Square and Galata Tower. Room was comfy and staff with the exception of the grumpy man at the front desk were pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was average and this was the only hotel we stayed at in all of Turkey that did not provide bottled water in the room.

- the breakfast was mediocre , below average, zero options comparing to what we paid. - The shower handle was broken during our stay. We told the reception more than 5 times (during our 6 night stay) and they fixed it the last day. - The Heater was barely working and it was super cold. - we will not come back for sure

Property shows a picture of a restaurant but they do not have one; however food smell from the breakfast room reached my room (on the 6th floor) every morning, the breakfast room is small and shared with office staff walking back and forth. The smell from cigarette smoke was evident in the elevator landing area on the 6th floor. Property did not disclose that the property was not accessible by car (the entire street was dug up without sidewalks): my taxi had to stop about a block away. Carrying suitcase under the rain after a long flight is not fun. Why don't they disclose this? Rooms are not insulated for noise: I could clearly hear my neighbors conversation and TV from my room... They changed bed linens on the 5th night of my 6 nights, the room floor was never swept or vacuumed (the mud brought in by my suitcase wheels was on the room floor during all days of my stay). Shower door is a heavy folding glass: it takes a lot of energy to open and to close it, a frail person would not be able to open/close the shower door
