Hotel in a nice location Nisantasi
I always stay at Nisantasi area every time I come to Istanbul. The hotel has a good location in Nisantasi, next to St. Regis. The staff are very helpful. The room and the bed is very comfortable. However, there’s bar & restaurant on the ground floor and I could hear the noise until late in the evening. I found out that the guest who’s staying next to my room were smoking. I could smell the cigarette once in a while during my stay. But the overall stay was good. A good value of money and a friendly staff.

Excellent hotel, amazing value for money
From my arrival, the staff could not do enough to make feel a welcomed guest. The room was fab and the bed good size. Wifi was very good and good food/bars all nearby as well as a nice park to stroll while working hard and doing lots of meetings in Istanbul which can be stressful due to the traffic.

A good hotel in a nce area, convienently located for my needs. The room was very comfortable and the staff are very helpful and provide a excellent level of service. The breakfast is minimal, but adequate. Will stay again when I need a hotel in this area.

Perfect for a Conference at Lutfi Kirdar
I picked the Mega Residence for its proximity to the Lutfi Kirdar International Convention Center in Istanbul. After speaking to many of my colleagues about their own hotels, I am convinced I got an excellent value and had a very comfortable stay. Start with my arrival time. I got into the city on a redeye flight and arrived at the hotel at 6:30am. I was let into my room early. How wonderful, to be able to get a workout in and take a shower before my conference start! Second, the breakfast was really outstanding. It's a Mediterranean style meal: fresh bread, several varieties of fruit, a bunch of varieties of cheese and jams. If you're expecting waffles and sausages, you'll be disappointed, but if you're hoping for a fresh and healthy start to your morning, you'll be quite satisfied with the Mega breakfast each morning. Third, the exercise room is quite nice for a smaller hotel. There are dumbbells and pads, along with several pieces of weightlifting equipment and I think a treadmill and a stationary bike. Very adequate for light weight lifting as well as cardio work. Finally, the location. If you have business at Lutfi Kirdar, you will be pleased to find that you can actually see the convention center from the front door of the hotel; it's that close. The Mega faces a park and is surrounded by cute boutique stores and restaurants. All in all, I definitely enjoyed my stay, and highly recommend this hotel to visitors who need proximity to the convention center.

For anyone visiting Istanbul for a conference at the ICC or the Lutfi Kirdar convention center, there cannot be a better hotel than this. The rooms are spacious and clean, breakfast is very adequate, and the staff is very helpful. The convention centers are just across the road. The area behind the hotel is very upmarket with luxury boutiques, while the general market and supermarkets are just about 300 meters away. The Makki park is across the road, and is a superb area for relaxation.The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants serving traditional Turkish food in the area. Access to the Sulhanemet and other areas requires a long walk to the tram or subway stations. Overall excellent for those attending conventions and meetings.

Perfect Location for the ICC
