It's not a proper 5 star hotel. The rooms are small, staff is not friendly enough for the price. If you ask them for something during buffet breakfast they point their finger to the location.They saw us with all our bags leaving the room and no one offerred assistance with concierge. I'm not sure where to stay given it's almost a top tourist location but I wouldn't stay again.

Located very close to where all the cruise ships dock in Istanbul and in the heart of Karakoy. Convenient location to get to other parts of Istanbul. Room looked a bit dated but was quite functional. The rooftop bar was a nice place to grab a drink with a view of the Bosphorus.

Everything was good except the loud loud music sound every night up to 2 am in the morning from the neighbors across the street In fact for 2 night stay we didnā€™t sleep at all
