If you want a warm and friendly welcome when you enter through the door then you sure are at the right place. We were kindly welcomed during check in by the front desk team, all the members of the front desk were genuinely welcoming and had great communication skillls, especially excellent knowledge of English. All the members from the front desk (the young lady who checked me in, the young man who checked me in with my new reservation and the young man who checked us out were absolutely wonderful! Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious and had many different varieties catering to different taste buds and the restaurant team members working during the weekend were truly wonderful! I strongly recommend Novotel for their wonderful customer service!

The hotel is outdated, old and many things are not working My first room was dirty and smelled really really bad, they changed me to a different room in wich every single day during my stay the card keys will magnetice or disprogrm 2-3 times a day, my second room safe box never worked and despite of several calls to reception , no one did anything about it, the bathroom in my second room was broken as well

موقع ممتاز للي حاب يكون في جهه ثانيه في إسطنبول.. الموظفين ممتازين وهدومهم ومتعاونين .. الفندق قديم وتم تجديد بعض الطوابق .. لابأس فيه ولكن يفترضون ان يكون بمستوى ارقى من هذا المستوى .. في حال كان سعره غالي لا انصح فيه وفي حال الحجز كان رخيص لا باس للاقامه القصيره

Very pleasant stay and nice staff; special mention for Yusuf who serviced my room for the 10 days. Only complaint is the pillows which were all lumpy and uncomfortable! Good family hotel with nice pool area for kids. Close to T1 tram. Would recommend if you don’t want to be based in the city. Nice views of Bosphorus and ships!

This is a solid 4 star hotel. It's not in city center Istanbul but about 15 minutes outside of the city. What you won't see easily from the hotel is that there is a neighborhood close by called Fisekhane (sp) that has other restaurant options and even a few shops if you ever get bored.
