Easy airport hotel. Great price, fantastic rooms thet are clean and well maintained. Excellent and very helpful staff. Very good restaurant with excellent food. I will Stay there again without hesitations.

Cheap for a reason
Asian Lady at check in was rude. She seemed like I was putting her out by checking in. There was no hot water to take a shower. I let it run, in both directions (thinking maybe hot/cold work different over there) for at least 10 mins. It only got like warm, def not warm enough to shower. AC vent condensed and it dripped on foot of one of the beds and floor. I had to put a towel down because I kept slipping The walls must be paper thin because you could hear everything from outside to in. Other guests slamming doors all hours, cars honking and sirens all hours. I slept better on the 13 hour plane ride to get to Istanbul than I did in this hotel.

Over payment for transfer still is not returned
I have stayed a number of times at this hotel when I have connecting flight and I am pleased about the hotel services in general. This time they charged mr 62 Euros instead of 45 by credit card and guest relations said this is a hotel policy change. When I checked in I learnt they are still providing transfer for 45 euro. The reception told me they will return the over value charged to me but I had not been contacted so far!

If you like tiny space then this place for you, for sure not for me. They control the AC from front desk, for a while I was hot until I told the front desk. Foods and drinks kinda expensive since there are not too many choices out side. Patio/ balcony, table and the chairs outside very dirty and dusty

Nice and clean but airport transfer unreliable
The hotel itself is nice, clean and new. The staff were friendly. BUT the airport transfer service they offer is unreliable. Mine was cancelled without notice, then uncancelled, then, after 40 minutes of chaos and several “he’s 5 minutes away”s I finally had to get a taxi (at half the price of the transfer). Not something you need at 5.30am when you have to catch a flight. There are plenty of local taxis available on Uber there.

It I was good value for money and the service was very good. The cafe at the hotel charged our dinner for €20 instead of €23 because they did not have small change. The room was very clean and nice with a good view towards the airport. But the shower area was a bit too small and the toilet bowl was a bit too high. The breakfast was not particularly very enticing with houseflies flying around. The hotel is about 12 km by taxi and not 5km in as advertised. It is along a road in a very quiet suburb. We were also scammed by uber taxi on our return to the airport coz he claimed we selected airport cargo as the destination ( which is not true) and demanded more fee when he sent us to the Departure Hall. So beware of this. Otherwise the hotel is good value for money and I would still recommend it for those who need a short stay over to catch your next flight and not pay exorbitant prices for Yotel inside the Istanbul airport.
