Conveniently located and great value
We arrived at 08:45 and thought we'd have to wait until the afternoon to check-in. But we were given a room straight away. The reception staff were very helpful, courteous and professional. The room we were given smelt of bad drains so they immediately ordered us an alternative and a complementarity breakfast as the alternative room wasnt going to be ready unti after 11am. This gave us time to walk the 5 minutes to the Grand Bazaar. The alternative room was fine. The breakfast was of high standard and the restaurant staff were very attentive. The only down size was the extortionate prices in the hotel British style pub. Just under Ā£7 for a regular 300cl glass of beer. We purchased the prepaid top up travel cards for the tram and ferry. Take a 20 minute trip via the ferry to the Asian side where prices for food and shopping is more competitive.

Excellent, staff very attentive. Breakfast fantastic. Only downside was The London Pub on the premises. Great building but very few customers and no atmosphere. Hardly surprising at their inflated prices. Half the prices, advertise, fill the place up and it would be a great venue.

The hotel is in the center of everything ..touristic area and all the historical places /structures are within a walking distance gr the hotel..the staff are very good attending to everyoneā€™s needs. Special mention to the crew at the 6th floor where I always have my breakfast..Special mention to Azim and the rest of the crew ok f the restaurant..Kudos to the management who made my stay memorable..Invited my sister and brother in law to visit next year and highly recommends this hotel.

Near tourist attractions (easy to walk everywhere). Safe area. Tram about 100 meters from hotel if needed and each trip about 20cents AUS. Staff at desk helpful for all booking and advise. Only thing to note is the pool was very cold. Breakfast great selection and worth paying. Bottled water every day in room and plenty in foyer to take on outings. Fabulous stay. Locals also very friendly and helpfully with directions while out of hotel. Highly recommended coming to Istanbul for a holiday.

We booked for two nights but house keeping didn't replenish coffee sachets, no dental kit available in the toilet. There was no mirror in the bedroom for make up, need to use bathroom mirrors. Staffs were nice.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is located nearby a tram station. Very good for getting around. The hotel offers a drink of infused water and green apples at the lobby, it is great for us because after coming back to hotel, we were often thirsty:)

Raddison Old town is nearby to the grand bazaar. Public transport (Tram) is nearby. Staff were accommodating and a lot of amnesties available. I would highly recommend.

Terrible sofa bed ,run out off toilet paper, ask receptionist to bring some ,they send only one roll knowing that we were 3 people in two bedrooms suite , my daughter is 15. Asked for extra bathroom towels they said we canā€™t have any extraā€¦
