While the staff and service at the hotel is top rated, the hotel itself seems dated, from the dimly lit hallways to the small rooms / bathrooms. It is alao very difficult to get to the hotel with your own rental car as streets are blocked off and the underground garage person was not friendly at all. Plus, the hotel is on a hill so for mobility challenged individuals this wpuld be an issue.

The hotel has a great location if you want to explore the old town. All the mojor tourist attractions are within 10-15 minutes walk. The hotel itself has a lot to offer including an amazing rooftop patio restaurant with great views of the city and Marmara sea. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room we stayed in was clean with comfortable beds and very quiet. I would recommend this hotel if you want to stay downtown Istanbul.

It was an amazing stay, staff was always accommodating and welcoming to all of our needs We had an issue with the Aircon and we was upgraded immediately Made our holiday much more exciting Well done

The Raddison in old town is an ideal hotel at a reasonable price. Staff are friendly and always available for help. I had a small issue with taxi overcharging and they felt with the situation accordingly. Very close to literally everything, overall hygiene and was good and top floor outdoor seating is great. I never tried the food or used the amenities really as went out for everything else. But would highly recommend the place. Thank you to all the friendly staff.
