A centrally located new property
The main advantage of this property is that it is new. It's a converted apartment building on a busy street, in the midst of other apartment buildings. Lower floors may be noisy. The breakfast is pretty good, the service is very good, and the restaurant on the roof has some views. The property is also centrally located with access to public transportation. The rooms were very clean and relatively spacious.

The property is good, but the staff lack of communication and professionalism makes frustrated minimum services offered in a hotel, such as opening the garage door to exit the parking or ask about an extra blanket. Booking this hotel was my bad, and I will never do it again

Very tight parking and even lack of space to park your car inside, even you must call reception to open the parking door, our room was on the 6th floor and the water pressure was very low, room wall wasn't soundproof, the lobby space was so tight and just as small as a room, but the room was clean

I like the staff all friendly and eager to help, the rooftop restaurant is excellent nicely decorated variety of food and fruits, the omelette maker she has great personality and always remembers how you like your omelette done. Elmahdi is another nice gentleman will make feel so welcome and always asks if you any help. I wish I knew all the names never the less they all equal kind.

The place was in terrible stater … I booked it as gift for a newly married couple and they were shocked of the status of the place.. windows were broken and the place in real life is nothing as showing at your website. I clearly should have this booking refunded so I can treat them with a better experience .

We stayed a two full weeks in Istanbul at the Ramada Encore. It was great! The location was convenient and away from the main traffic. Neighborhood was safe and had many cute coffee shops near by. Many local restaurants that tasted great. Cleaning staff really went out of there to make sure our room was cleaned even if it was requested later in the day. If we had any requests from the front desk they would be at our door within minutes. All staff were very friendly and kind and so helpful in many ways! I have not seen a hotel staff like this. Well done!
