If I were to comeback to Istanbul, this would be my first choice. About a 8-10 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia and Sultanahmet mosques/Sultanahmet train station. Great location, friendly staff, housekeeping is great, overall great experience.

The rooms are charming and the property is beautiful. The staff is first class, absolutely excellent every step of the way. The bathrooms could use updating and it would be nice if the rooms had a table for dining and some more ambient lighting options like lamps. Four of us had a great time at the Palace. We went out at night, and since the hotel is by the highway it is easy for taxis/Ubers to access and therefore cheap to get around. Would highly recommend. Workers Sedat and Mustafa are lovely!

It was very beautiful at the beginning but after checking in you go through it he back door and you have to walk through a short alley to get to the room. There was no elevator, for check in the guy helped us to get our bags up to the room but for check out we had to take the baggage by ourselves.

Absolutely loved the staff. I came to visit after my father passed away and they checked on me & made sure I was having a good stay. Quiet location, great breakfast and a short ish walk to the old part of town. My only 2 non deal breaker issues were a weird leak in the bathroomā€™s ceiling and that the pool opens late and closes way too early. It was hard to use it when you are trying to be out and about during the day.

Nice hotel in good location.
It's a nice hotel in a good location close to the main sights. Breakfast is adequate. Hotel provides free bottles of water in room and it breakfast time. I would avoid buying alcohol in hotel. Most expensive two beers I bought in Istanbul. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Unique property with charm and beautiful decor. Wish they had more than one restaurant options at the property. Also, there are multiple buildings on the property, so you donā€™t know which building and what amenities are included when you select the room. It would help to make that clearer.
