Very helpful and frindly staff, particularly Okay and Mohamed. Very good breakfast and very well located near main attractions and transportation options. Many shops around and still very quiet, even though we were on a front second floor room. Room was smaller than usual but comfortable and functional.

The location is excellent - within walking distance of most of the major attractions and surrounded by many restaurants (albeit quite expensive). The staff were brilliant, incredibly helpful. The culinary tour was a particular highlight, thoroughly enjoyed that. The only negatives were that some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired and the bar was a bit low on some types of alcohol.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very convenient for the tourist sights of Istanbul but also quiet. Also a very short and easy tram ride from/to the cruise port. There is a lovely terrace to sit on and the views from the front of the hotel over the palace gardens were nice. However, the highlight for me was the box of gluten-free goodies they provided in my to room. Exceptional service, which I've never experienced before.

Well located hotel that provided good experience
The location of the hotel is pretty good. Most part of the experience was good, but there was something wrong with the door to the balcony, so I could not use it for the whole time I was there.

Great location, very walkable with easy access to public transport. Park very nearby and was great for our small child to play in. Breakfast was wonderful, pool/spa was so nice to relax in after a long hot day, and the staff was very accomodating and excellent. Excellent hotel. I am on vacation with both my sons.The staff goes over and above to meet our needs. The next day we arrived, it was pouring outside, so they provided us with umbrellas! The breakfast is delicious. Different varieties daily. If I want to relax, I can just go up and sit on the terrace that overlooks the Galhane park. The location is just PERFECT. Though it is in the center of everything, it is still quiet and peaceful. We were in Uskudar in 6 minutes. Stay here at Sirkeci Mansion and you will not regret it!

We loved everything about Sirkeci Mansion. The pre-trip messages via Expedia were very helpful and made it easy to arrange airport transportation. Check-in was great, rooms were perfect, and breakfast was excellent. But what makes Sirkeci Mansion great is Mr. Agah Okay and the entire hotel staff. We really canā€™t thank them enough for making our first trip to Istanbul as memorable as it was. The walking tour lead by Mr. Okay was outstanding and should not be missed! We arrived too late in the week to make the other tours, but I have to assume they are also great. Finally, the hotel is in a prime location, with mostly everything in the Old City within walking distance. The tram and metro are also very close, convenient and easy to use. We canā€™t wait to return to Istanbul and Sirkeci Mansion!

Highly recommend staying at this hotel! It is in such a great location for all of the old city attractions and very close to public transport to venture further out. The service from the staff was incredible and the daily breakfast and complimentary afternoon tea was great! I also highly recommending use of the spa services, I had the most amazing traditional hamman and massage with Vedat, he was very professional and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you for such a lovely stay šŸ˜„
