Sura Hagia Sophia hotel is in an excellent location less than 5 minutes walk to the Blue Mosque and the Hagia Sophia. Our room was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for a long weekend The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to the areas of interest. The hotel is clean and has good amenities, located very central to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and the Grand Bazaar which is why we booked this. The breakfast has a good variety. The ladies at the spa are brilliant at the treatments they do. However, the other hotel staff are not incredibly helpful, upon making the booking I requested for my rooms to be next door to one another via email. I received one email asking for my reservation number and then I heard nothing more but I resent the email. Upon arrival they had all our rooms on separate floors and I was told they are busy, not understanding I was not comfortable having my children on separate floors to myself. Although they managed to arrange the rooms all on the same floor, it was not a great start to the holiday. Concierge staff also felt like they were doing you a favour when you asked about any excursions. Overall customer service is quite poor.
