The staff are wonderful,Esp . Serdar, Fatih and Ahmet always helpful. Very welcoming. The bed we had was very hard. They need to update with new furniture. The lobby had uncomfortable sitting sofas. Is in a very safe, convenient area with all the sights and restaurants near by. Not good for older people since there is no elevator.

Excellent staff and very convenient location. The breakfast is a wide selection of fresh fruits and savory options. Only problem that we faced was the very weak AC in the room. It was barely running. I shared this feedback with the staff as well. Apart from that everything else was great.

Great staff, perhaps overpriced?
Really lovely and *very* helpful staff. Easy walking distance to the core square of Sultanamet, Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern etc. Rooms are dated but clean. Two quibbles: first, the wifi didn't really work in my room (though it did downstairs in the main level); second, I think this place is overpriced to comparable other guest houses in the area. Relatively expensive for what you get.

Lovely family ren hotel in an excellent area, easily walkable to all major tour sites in the old city. It is an old building, so not accessible for people who would have any mobility impairments. Everything was clean. Breakfast was lovely and staffed were super friendly. I would happily return

Staff were very friendly and helpful and open 24/7 to welcome you. We had an adjoining room, each with their own bathroom & mini fridge. Location was great, close to Blue Mosque area. Would recommend staying here, perfect for a city break, we stayed 4 nights. Perfect for our needs.
