U asked the hotel for early check in they didnā€™t help and i slept over a night in the lobby and i was sure there was empty rooms but they didnā€™t helped plus when i was want to make extension for my room they wasnā€™t helpful so i make my reservation through the application so they was never helpful

We had a wonderful experience staying at The Elysium hotel at Taksim. Great location, food, environment but most importantly the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The main person who went above and beyond and did of our stay an exceptional experience was Selma, at customer relations.
