Superlative, impeccable, and incomparable five star hotel with the utmost care in excellent service and facilities. The location in Istanbul is unsurpassable. The room was gorgeous, spacious, and clean. Staying at The Peninsula Istanbul has made my trip to Istanbul even better. It will be our go to hotel in Istanbul in the future. As a very satisfied guest, I look forward to staying at other Peninsula hotels in the future.

Horrible. Avoid this place at all costs. Zero service for what you pay. If you want to ruin your holiday this is the place where you want to be. Staff is untrained for a 5 star hotel service as well as conflict resolution.
