Comfortable and good breakfast
The best part of this hotel stay was the plethora of options at the breakfast buffet. Turkish and American options and everything was clearly labeled. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. The location was less than desirable, depending on why you're in Istanbul. As a tourist I would not stay in thay area again since its far from the tourist sites. Many airline flight staff stayed there though.

I consider the hotel to be one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in in terms of price, service and cleanliness. The service was very, very excellent. I was lucky to meet Mr. Malhafi. The receptionist was very friendly and respectful.

From the moment you walk through the door. Till you leave customer service is there paramount goal. Professional, friendly, Mr Ramazan night manager and there day manager were exceptional. Ps.this hotel coffee tastes better than Modo cafe downstairs!
