The Sobrado has two bedrooms on the second floor, one double and one that sleeps 4 people., Total 6 adults and sleeps two more children in extra beds at no cost. Two bathrooms, large garage, outdoor area of 446 thousand square meters, permanent preservation area. Paradise of countless birds, such as canary, sabiá, toucan, hawks, and in winter how much more tranquil it is possible to see the families of Macaco Prego that inhabit the place.
Both bedrooms have air conditioning, a TV in the living room, table for 8 people, full kitchen, with Refrigerator, stove, Micro Waves, Coffee maker, blender, iron, etc.
Covered parking, one parking space per chalet, and uncovered parking for more cars, security with 24 hour concierge on site. (from December 26 to February 20).
