The frint desk guy is very rude and disrespectful. He was disrespectful not only with me but with other guests. The food is awful and super expensive. The hotel manageme should train the front desk workers better on how be welcoming, and not to respond to guests in bad way, as this young boy did to me, my sister and other guests.

It is an older property. All power outlets but one were loose. The AC was not suitable. They looked at it once and worked on it once but never got lower than 72 in the room. Sometimes it was 73 and very humid.

Weekend in Ithaca.
Very clean and comfortable hotel right by the airport. A shuttle was provided and that was convenient. The town of Ithaca is a wonderful place to explore. I can recommend a visit to the Cornell Sapsucker woods birding facility. A world class facility.

Perfectly nice room. It was clean and comfortable. The beds are cozy. No microwave, but not a big deal. Tight squeeze in the bathroom. When you open the door, it practically touches the toilet. There’s not much room to get yourself in there and close the door! However, the shower is large and clean. We’d definitely stay again.
