Cozy 3BR house located in downtown Ithaca. Offstreet parking. Spacious yard. Easy walking distance to the Farmers Market, Purity Ice Cream, and to the Commons. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and den. On site amenities include: WiFi, two computers, washer/dryer, oven, cooking gear, full sized fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, fresh towels and linens. Perfect for familes, students and larger groups for extended stays.

The space
Located across the street from the Quaker meeting house, this property is one of the few in the area with a huge backyard. Perfect for family barbeques. Can comfortably lodge up to five people, 408 Madison has all the amenities, including great WiFi and a computer. A fully equipped kitchen saves on dining costs, and makes for a "homely" atmosphere. Having a washer/drier on site is convenient for longer term stays, and saves a trip to the laundromat.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole house and the yard, nobody else will be living in the same dwelling. The neighbors are very friendly. No part of the house is "restricted" or anything like that.

Excellent!
Stayed with my family to visit my daughter at Cornell. Very clean, easy check in and check out, quiet neighborhood and lots of supplies. Very close to everything including the school which was fantastic. Owner very communicative and friendly. I would 100% stay again!

Group of 6 recent graduates returned to Ithaca and enjoyed our stay in the Fall Creek neighborhood. For the Ithaca housing and short-term rental market, this was one of few available options in the Downtown Ithaca area and provided a very pleasant stay. The host provided plenty of linens and answered all of our questions. Home could have been slightly cleaner but that is only a mild con. Perfect to sleep 6 (could even squeeze a few more if needed) and would recommend to anyone!

Great location and lots of character
Spent two nights here with my teen for a visit at Ithaca College. House was clean and decorations were unique. Each room had its own character. Short drive to everything and a quiet neighborhood.

Location was ideal, size was good. I liked the setup of the front door lock and had it been warmer weather, would have loved to use the front porch swing. Definitely older overall but we weren’t looking for luxury and I think it was appropriately priced. Felt like someone lived there when it’s not being rented, which I understand but some personal items (specifically bathroom) could have been stored away. Overall we would stay there again.

The house was roomy, beds comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed for an overnighter. Really nice place for the price. If you are a neat freak, it may not be perfect for you, but acceptable. The cleaner just forgot to empty the coffee pot and check the dishwasher. A couple items needed to go through again.. Hey, it happens. Loved the neighborhood. We would go again.

Perfect for the Graduation Weekend
Check in and out was super easy, which was great because our flight arrived late in the evening. I forgot earplugs but I didn't need them. A quiet neighborhood! We walked to get coffee, breakfast, and dinner. Only 5 minutes from where the graduates lived so it helped our family coordinate comings and goings between events.
