Fabulous hotel with exceptional staff and facilities. We were upgraded to a Deluxe room overlooking the sea, the view was incredibly beautiful at sunrise. The pianist playing at breakfast and during the evening was very relaxing. The spa, indoor pool and other facilities were excellent. Even though it was November we were able to swim in the sea and the outdoor pool. The hotel is in a great location for the old town and also for the port and some other beaches up the coast. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxury stay in Dubrovnik.

This property has several benefits. The v iew from virtually all parts of the facility is outstanding. The hotel is within walking distance of Dubrovnik. The patio allows direct access to the Adriatic for swimming. This is an outstanding facility.

Very nice property, outstanding breakfast buffets and location on Lapad. The amenities, especially the pool deck, access to the ocean and the very large spa were all outstanding. The only minor complaint was the dated hallways and musty odors in the hallway carpet areas.

Property condition & amenities are good. Quite a lot of activities to do in the hotel We’re veg and have young kids. There are options but not really catered towards kids. It’s Quite expensive as generally just have to order adult portions with most of food going to waste Staff are a bit hit and miss. Some are v friendly whilst others can come across a bit rude & direct Otherwise hotel is very nice with spectacular views

We had a nice stay at this hotel. I wouldn’t class it as 5 stars compared to others I’ve stayed in. The hotel and its facilities are quite tired in places. Great location within easy walking distance of Old Town.

Lovely hotel
The hotel itself was fabulous, the staff are all amazing and so happy to help with anything, the main hotel areas are lovely and the breakfast was fabulous, they even left us a bottle of wine and cake as we were celebrating our honeymoon. We had a superior sea view room which had amazing views but needed a little tlc. There were several broken tiles on the bathroom floor, the wallpaper was peeling off in places and it just generally looked a little tired. It did not take away from our enjoyment of our holiday or the hotel but given it is a 4 star hotel it could just do with a little updating in places

The location of this place is insane. Beach I. Walking distance and the rock front location with the sea view is amazing. Rooms are super comfortable and all amenities. They give complimentary water which is great. Room service is great too. The staff were great and the welcome drink is excellent as is Carlo at welcome desk. Old town is just a twenty min walk with incredible views along the walk. The area is just lovely to go out for a walk. I loved it all.

A Stunning Hotel
We stayed for three nights at Rixos, and it was an incredible experience. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was exceptional, offering something for every palate. One evening, we enjoyed the buffet dinner, which featured delicious Indian cuisine. The location was fantastic, just a 20-minute walk to the old town or a quick Uber ride for €8. We loved the hotel and would happily stay here again if we return to Dubrovnik.

Beautiful hotel!!!! The views were amazing from the lobby. Enjoyed having my mid afternoon coffee there everyday. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal. I highly recommend staying here!! Would come back.

Nice hotel, in a good location for walking into the old town (20 mins), or heading west to walk the trail around Lapad. The breakfast buffet is extensive, plenty of options to suit many tastes (cooked, breads, cereal, pastries, fresh fruit, juices, pancakes/waffles, and more). I had dinner in the main restaurant once, which is a buffet again. Also plenty of options, and each night is themed around a food style (Dalmatian, Italian, etc.) Drinks are served at your table for both breakfast (tea/coffee) and dinner, which can be a little slow to come to you, even when not full. Once ordered though, service is fast. All the staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, however there was some noise externally , either doors loudly closing (which seems to be the way the doors are designed), or people moving furniture on the floor above.
