Located at Ocotillo Springs Resort #31 in Santa Clara, Utah this home is a window to the dramatic red mountain landscapes which created state and national parks like Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Only minutes to Tuacahn Broadway Theater and Kayenta Art Village.

Ocotillo Springs Resort includes a beautiful swimming pool, hot tub, water slide, clubhouse and pickle ball courts. This five bedroom, six bathroom home is a resort unto itself. It features a private swimming pool, hot tub spa, and fire pit, and the best lot and location in the development. Perhaps the best feature is the unobstructed northern views, which feel so close you can touch them. Expansive windows bring the red mountains inside, truly elevating the experience. Or even better, sitting on the shaded balcony provides a panorama unequaled in the area.

This home is dog-friendly, with a $100 fee per dog. No cats. If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please make the appropriate selection at check-out or inform us directly so that we may update your reservation accordingly. Maximum 2 pets allowed unless approved otherwise (please contact us for approval). Failure to notify us may result in a fine of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests.

We had a very nice stay. The pool and hot tub were a favorite. The only issue we had was that the pots and pans are in bad shape and really need to be replaced and there was no broom and dustpan. More than two bath towels per bath would have been helpful with our large group but otherwise it was a great stay. Thank you

We were impressed from the start ! Looked exactly like the photos ! Itā€™s a gorgeous property with beautiful views, we loved every moment we were there !! We were there for our wedding weekend and we have already decided to have subsequent vacations here . Safe neighborhood, stores nearby , very clean , hot tub wasnā€™t working properly at first but maintenance fixed it the following morning . Property management was very responsive.

This was a great house for a large family gathering. They are truly set up for it. The location was excellent and the facilities very accommodating. We loved the pool in the backyard as well as at the clubhouse. We had a few minor issues that we were addressed on the spot by the property management company. All in all, a great experience.

Great property stacked with everything you will need! Clean and the team was responsive. Close to hikes and food places! Beautiful views. The pool was such a great temp we could stay in there for hours. Donā€™t plan on lap swimming, but it is like the size of a swim spa. :)

We had a very nice time. The house was perfect for our group. It was well stocked and overall clean. The outside was quite dusty. The heated pool and hot tub were well used. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be I donā€™t know if we would have used it as much in the summer. We did not use the community pool it was too cold and the one time we tried to use the pickle ball courts they were all in use. Check in was a little difficult as NONE of the codes emailed to me were correct so I had to call to get the correct code for the front door and the pool cover, but it didnā€™t take too long. Overall i would recommend this vacation home. It was roomy and comfortable.

Weekend Family Getaway
Property was new, clean and accommodated our family nicely. Convenient location close to Tuacahn Outdoor Theatre. We drove 45 mins to to do the Kanarra Falls hike with many grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. My biggest complaint was no BBQ grill as pictured and stated in picture. Last review before us even stated that and I reached out to the host concerning this as well as having a full propane tank. They assured me it would be checked. After driving many hours and thinking we could BBQ we were unable to and was not delivered in the 2 hour time frame as promised. He did show up eventually at 9pm clearly after dinner time and the bottom was missing. If you are gonna BBQ all your drippings will end up all over the concrete slab. Air filters and vents were filthy. Pool could have been vacuumed and patio hosed off since it was very dusty. Other than that, the place has ample space. The pool is tiny with automated cover. Hot tub panel is inside the home. All codes provided worked unlike some previous reviews. Traditional coffee maker, toaster, pots, baking sheets, bbq accessories, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses. Paper towels provided. Ping pong table and pool accessories are in the garage but if you want to play pickle ball youā€™ll need to bring your own paddles and ball. Duplex close to community pool, pickle ball courts and club room with pool table. This community is pretty much all rentals and is a popular destination. Beautiful Mountain Viewā€™s for now.

Making Memories......We never new we were making MEMORIES, we just thought that we were having fun.
We had a great time at Ocotilla Resort in #31. This place is beautiful, with lots of extras and we loved the private pool, hot tub, and pickleball courts. It was located close to a grocery store, eating places and fun activities close by. There are enough activities at the resort, that you don't need to leave. However, we were able to go to the Anasazi Petroglyphs, which made for a fun activity. We will definitely stay here again. THANK YOU!

Easter getaway
We loved our stay at this property. Usually when a listing says heated pool it still is very cold. Not here. The pool was warm and my kids and grandson spent lots of hours there. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We stayed up playing games on the large kitchen table! My only complaint was that the area around the pool and in the front yard had trash around it. I know it had been windy so maybe that was the problem. It was bothering me so I cleaned it up. Other then that we would recommend this place to anyone.
