Great location. The property seems new, and looks like they’re still working on it. Rooms have lots of space. No toilletries at all, just liquid soap in the bathroom. They did not clean the room in our 2 night stay. There is no AC. 2 blocks from the beautiful waters, where you can swim.

The hotel manager blackmailed and insulted me
A man called me to the reception to "seriously" talk to me. He was very rude towards me and was saying that I am a horrible mom, my child is terrible, too active, etc. So, I have a toddler and he was eating strawberry in the room and left a stain. And because of that the hotel staff was scolding me and insulting me even though the housekeeping is included in the price. After that incident, I wrote a negative review on Google. Near the night, the hotel manager, very aggressive man came to my room and knocked loudly. He blackmailed me that I should delete my review or else he will charge me $100. I asked for what, he said that because he wiped the table in the room, I should pay $100. I refused. Later, two men and a woman came to my room and was blackmailing me and raising a scandal. I immediately checked out even though I still had a night to spend there, because I felt unsafe and danger. When I checked out, the hotel manager shouted at me, made me delete the google review and made video of how I am deleting it on my phone. I was very scared and insulted. The hotel looks nothing like its pictures, it is in construction. There is constant smell, dust and noise. There is no desk to work, breakfast doesn't include coffee, a small cup of coffee is 60 tlr. The electricity goes off multiple times a day. I was afraid that the hotel manager would hit me if I don't delete my review.

Otel yeni odalar filanda yeni. Yalnız tuvaletten inanılmaz kötü bir koku geliyordu. Lodos esince lağım kokusu geliyormuş. Tadilat yaparken giderlerde önlem almamışlar. Şansınıza artık.

Das Personal war super freundlich und nett. Die Zimmer war sauber und wurde jeden Tag aufgeräumt. Frische Handtücher bekommen usw. Die Lage war auch ganz gut. Zur Stadt musste man mit dem Bus fahren aber, welcher aber alle 10min vorbei fuhr.

Cumbalıca Garden Konaklama
Odamız çok güzeldi, çok temizdi. Klima, sıcak/soğuk su, tv, internet bu gibi konularda hiç sıkıntı yoktu, konum olarak da denize çok yakın yazın mutlaka gelinmeli. Yaşadığımız tek sıkıntı, banyo giderinin tıkalı olmasıydı. Gider iyi temizlenmemiş, içinde saçlar biriktiği için tıkanmıştı sular birikiyordu, belki bu konuya özen gösterilirse çok daha iyi olabilir otel adına. Yine de kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

Otel konum itibariyle çok güzel ama denizi ve plajını güzel bulmadığımız ve denizi çok dalgalı olduğu için başka plajlara gitmeyi tercih ettik. A la carte restoranı henüz açılmadığı için sadece kahvaltı veriyorlar ama kahvaltı zayıf. Kahvaltının zayıflığından bağımsız olarak à la carte restoranında çalışan üç şefin Gnocchi denemesinin bir paçası olduk, umuyorum yakın zamanda à la carte restoranı açılır çok yetenekli şefleri var ve otelin yetersizliği onları gölgeliyor. Odaların bazıları normal kapılı bazıları devlet eski binasından çevrilme olduğu için itmeli metal kapı ve felaket ses geçiriyor öksüren pırtlayan herkesi duyuyorsunuz. Odalar sabah temizlenmiyor havlular değişmiyor umarım dikkat ederler bu hususa başka misafirler için. Bunların dışında otelin içi çok tatlı ve güzel kendileri de çok ince ve profesyonel çalışanlar. Umuyoruz daha yeni açıldığı için bu problemler yavaş yavaş azalarak sonraki sezona daha güzel bir otel olarak hizmet verir.

Zunächst waren wir etwas stutzig, da es ein neues Hotel ist. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich für diese Unterkunft entschieden, weil es sehr nah zum Ilica Strand ist. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, neu und sehr modern eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls lecker, aber etwas zu dezent gehalten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Man kann dort so gut wie alles finden. Das Meer ist super schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Alacati und Çeşme sind mit dem kleinen Bus in 10-20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Das Servicepersonal war immer freundlich und nett. Vielen Dank!
