The accommodation is set on the edge of a lovely village with Stunning views of the mountains. This is a perfect setting for exploring the beautiful cities and lakes of Andalucia.The apartment has been built with your ideal holiday in mind, peace and tranquillity at its best. Only 10 min drive from Iznajar and its beautiful lake which has 2 beach bar/restaurants. Centrally located for Granada, Malaga, Seville or Cordoba and only 90 min away from the brilliant skiing on the Sierra Nevada. The apartment has a lounge, dining kitchen with all the kitchen equipment that's neccesary to make your holiday perfect. A double bed, wardrobe and bedside drawers and aircon. A large bathroom with a power shower completes the accomodation.

Large pool, garden and plenty of terraces. the apartments are all well equipped with everything you could possibly need to have a great holiday.

All towels and bed linen provided.
Kayenne has it's own BEAUTY SALON on site, so if you wish to pamper yourself whilst here on holiday, just ask Kath for more details.


There is an excellent tennis club only 15 minutes away where you can have coaching with one of the top professionals.

Granada airport is the nearest which is about a 45 minute drive away. Malaga airport can be reached in approximately one hour (depending on traffic). Seville airport is approximately 1 and a half to 2 hours drive away. Car hire is highly recommended. Cars can be rented from any of these airports mentioned. Please contact the owner for further information.

The bungalows are set on the edge of a popular village. A 2 minute walk takes you to the local bar/restaurant which serves good food and the landlord speaks a little English

Great place to stay!
Kath, the owner, is a very nice person. She lives next door which facilitates communication. She is very helpful. The place is cozy. We enjoyed the pool. We would definitely go there again.

This quiet resort was amazing. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped as was the private terrace. I was looking for somewhere that would still have a pool open at the end of September and apparently this one stays open all year! Very clean accommodation, very helpful owners and well managed. Would highly recommend here if you're looking for somewhere quiet (although there is a local restaurant) as it is quite far away from anywhere with nightlife and shopping.

Perfect stay
This was a completely different holiday to our usual summer break. It couldn't have been better. Kath and Kev are brilliant hosts. Nothing is too much trouble, They have put so much thought into their holiday accommodation. The apartments are well comfortable and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The outside space is amazing. Our apartment had a private roof terrace which had amazing views. We had our own BBq and sun loungers and umbrella. The pool was a welcome addition , very cooling after extreme heat. We made use of all the comfortable seating areas which are available for guests to use. So there is full sun or shade at any time of day. We self catered and used the BBQ most nights. As the complex has a maximum capacity of 10 guests, it was quiet. peaceful and just what we needed to unwind. Thank you Kath and Kev for a brilliant relaxing holiday

Quiet location with a lovely pool
Had a lovely week here in June. Quiet location with a much needed swimming pool. We stayed in the one bedroomed apartment and it was very clean and well equipped. The bar in the village is handy and serves some nice tapas and evening meals. Iznajar is only about a 10 minute drive away and has a few restaurants. We visited Antequera and stayed overnight in Seville which is just over 2 hours away, Had a very enjoyable week - thank you Kevin and Kath

It would be hard to imagine a more pleasant experience than our stay at Kayenne in Fuente del Conde in April 2016. Hosts Kath and Kevin made us feel at home immediately. Our two-person unit consisted of a combination living room/dining room/kitchenette, bedroom (two twin beds), and bathroom. Everything was in perfect condition. The shutters blacked out the light, silenced any noise, and kept the rooms cool, but, when opened, allowed light to fill the rooms most agreeably. I say "any noise," but the surroundings generated very little noise, and the clucking chickens and sporadic barking of dogs that we did hear only added to the charm of the village. We spent most of our time on the roof deck above the unit taking in the sweeping picture postcard view: dramatic rock mountains in the distance, the castle town of Iznajar to the left, and rolling hills and valleys covered with olive groves all around. Our stay began with one whole day and night of rain--totally fine with us since Spain can always use rain--but being from a similar climate in California we knew that when the sun came out it was going to be great, and it was: deep blue sky, bright sun, and visibility forever, with gorgeous sunsets the next few days. We enjoyed the roof dec so much we spent very little time in the lower grounds, perfectly tended, with an inviting swimming pool and more patio decorations all around in the Andalucian style, plus more pleasing views of the rolling hills. The village has a small supermercado that was sufficient to our needs; up the road the restaurant bar/local hangout is literally more than anyone could ask for so far removed from anywhere else. We took our morning coffee there on one of the open terraces, and dined there twice in the enclosed terrace on food much of which I have to think came from the local environs, if not right next door to the restaurant. Who would ever expect such a fine vacation rental snuggled so deep in the southern Spanish countryside? In this day and age of tourist overkill, it was literally a dream come true. Even our Madrileño Spanish friends had never heard of Iznajar, as much a worthy tourist destination, in my estimation, as any other in Spain, especially if you like places where the people seem to have figured everything out and are happy to share with you their satisfaction. Kath and Kevin, may the force be with you for picking such a pleasant spot in the world to share your hospitality.

Calm sunny place to relax
Kath is a terrific and great host. Very easy to get an answer if a question arises and yet lot's of privacy on same compound. Fuente del Conde is less than one hour from Malaga airport and beaches and totally calm. You find everything in a small grocery shop down the road if you cook yourself. If you don't need party life that's a wonderful place to relax. I will come back once again in Spain.

Wunderschöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit direktem Poolzugang, inmitten von Olivenhainen.
Fantastische, gemütliche und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit direktem Zugang zum Pool und Liegstühlen umgeben von Olivenhainen. Äußert freundliche und herzlichen Gastgeber Kath und ihr Mann, bemühen sich jeden Gast zufrieden zu stellen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt in einem kleinen Dorf im andalusischen Mittelgebirge ca. 1 Stunde von Córdoba entfernt. Am Morgen und zwischendurch immer wieder mal wird man von den Hühnern, Hähnen und Hunden aus der Nachbarschaft "unterhalten". Die Ferienwohnung empfiehlt sich dennoch zur Erholung aber auch für Ausflüge in das sehr schöne Umland. Auch die im Ort gelegene Bar mit Restaurant ist sehr empfehlsenwert. Der kleine Supermarkt versorgt mit dem Nötigsten. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.
