Except for the cleaning and the restaurant crew, staff was rude, dismissive and even mocking at times. The area has nothing to offer after 5pm or o n the weekends. Will not stay there again.

Good pit stop
Nice stop on road from nowhere to nowhere, parking is in public lot across road, safe enough as judges office park there too. Only subway was close enough for dinner as I didn't feel comfortable straying too far from hotel after dark Refurbished rail station by river is a good walk after a long drive

Nice hotel to stay in Porto Velho
I was there twice for a total of 5 nights in the past month. This is a very comfortable hotel with all the amenities, WiFi, very reasonably priced laundry, 24-hour restaurant and a GREAT breakfast every morning. It is fairly new and they were still remodeling the lobby but that didn't interfere with the comfort of the room or the hotel. The staff at the front desk were eager to help and very pleasant to talk to. The manager was courteous and efficient. I had no issues. I would gladly stay there again. I did not rate it 5 because it is not on par with some of the great hotels in the world but, for Porto Velho, it is a jewel.

Estadia foi ótima. A experiência só não foi melhor pois não há isolamento acústico nos quartos. O despertador doa hóspedes do quarto ao lado tocou 4 horas da manhã e era adiado varias vezes. Por causa da flata de isolamento, era possível ouvir quase como se estivesse tocando no quarto em que eu estava.

O hotel pode ser considerado mediano. Apesar de eu estar habilitado a receber um upgrade de quarto (o hotel é classificado como vip e eu sou gold), o benefício me foi negado. A princípio, alegaram que não havia quarto disponível. Após eu mostrar no app a existência de quarto superior, afirmaram que conceder upgrade era uma discricionariedade do hotel. Vale ressaltar que se tratava de apenas uma diaria e que o check in ocorreu ja próximo das 16 horas. A terraço do hotel possui uma area extensa e uma boa piscina. No entanto, o local estava abandonado às 16h de uma sexta-feira, sem qualquer estofado nas cadeiras e bancos. O colchão do quarto era péssimo e me rendeu uma bela dor na coluna. Pouco antes do check out percebi o principal motivo: eram 2 camas de solteiro que foram juntadas. Some-se isso a um colchão de ma qualidade e o resultado não tem como ser bom. O piso do quarto estava manchado, o que da um aspecto negativo ao ambiente. De ponto positivo, o café da manha foi ótimo, bem feito e com variedade.
