Shower didn’t work very well, corners were dusty, curtains were dirty & torn, plug-in for phones on lamps didn’t work, had an odd order in room, fridge iced up in back. Would have cancelled but had to be at hospital for surgery & didn’t feel like checking other places, wouldn’t recommend this property.

Disappointed in the hotel for the price I paid.
Free breakfast did not include any hot items and was typically high in sugar. They had instant oatmeal and 2 types of cold cereal, hardboiled eggs, yogurt, milk, juices, tea and coffee plus bread and sweet pastry. Only 1 ice machine worked although it needed a trick to get the ice out in volume. I didn't go into the pool or gym (cardio and not strength focused). Room was ok but the stairs were filthy and really showed the hotels age. Quiet location for the most part.

The person at check in was efficient but not friendly. Check out lady was very friendly. The room was clean. Bed was comfy and room had plenty of space. Quiet during our stay. The breakfast was very basic. No hot foods unless you count frozen toaster waffles. We did not use the pool. The hotel could use some updating but I will definitely stay there again.

Hotel meet my needs for the price. Exceptionally friendly staff, comfortable bed and pillows, and the pool was actually pleasantly warm unlike most hotel pools. Just very outdated, a bit run down, bedding minimal with just sheets and a duvet cover. Breakfast is minimal but at least provides something small to get the day started.

Everything was great. I just wasn't expecting the room to not get any service on a daily basis. I didn't understand if it was an extra cost or what the deal was. Instructions said to leave garbage out side your door. Leave towels outside your door? I was not clear how this worked, but it didn't mater, we didn't need anything.

Property manager is super sweet and goes overboard to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Love this place. It’s quaint and small which makes the customer service even better as they have more time to spend one on one with customers. Love Chelsea. It’s a cute little town with so many things to do. Would definitely recommend this little gem to others.

We were on the third floor. It smelled like cat and dog urine. The room was better but not overly clean. Make sure you bring a blanket because their blankets were thin as sheets. The queen size bed was only a double bed. The pull out was a twin However the room was spacious. The couch was too small for a family of five. It would only see two people. It was pretty quiet. The pool was dirty. And the towels provided at the Pool were absolutely tiny the size a hand towels.

Listen: you have to change the rating from an 8/10 That is absolutely ridiculous!!! 5or6/10 at best….at best!! This is no holiday in express by far . . It’s like a motel 6 -Staff good . -Entire hotel smelled like smoke -Grass wasn’t mowed on entire property, even though all adjacent properties were mowed and clean.. -hotel was “kind of clean in places lol”: floors dirty, mirrors and glass streaks . Tiles chipped or cracked/ paint missing / elevator ancient. They have the entire hotel posted with their 8/10 out of 10 rating …(clearly rigged ) no actual person staying in this place would give it an 8 , that means all the good reviews are fake ! I should be able to get on Expedia and trust the ratings system to pick my hotels while traveling… absolutely ridiculous Breakfast——lol—- most things were empty or missing , coffee ….

Stay was relatively quiet. Room was clean overall. Couch had some pretty major stains. Ice machine was broken, front desk had to hand scoop it out. Breakfast was subpar at best. Frozen waffles sitting on a platter, bagels with no cream cheese, and cereal. Overall experience was okay. Evening check in was smooth, and the guy at the front desk was nice.
