I reluctantly booked this bc of the price. I booked a similar priced hotel that was horrible. This hotel was clean, affordable, staff was friendly, right off intestate, and the room overall was great!

Hotel was a bit worn but worth it for the price. Room was pretty clean, though we did see a few very small roaches!!! You have to buy snacks and bottled water at the desk. The water fountain did not work. The vending was no longer in use. Staff was prompt, very pleasant and helpful! That was huge.

Great check in crew hotel smells good in hallway and room...had a suite carpet was soosoft and cushy on our feet..nonoyher quality had this amenity..few stains on carpet Infront of microwave lower water pressure not enought too complain just a review. No posey door slams need a slower door shut not too disturb sleepers..breakfast a dining room gets a 10 love the warm feel and the layout for breakfast...unlike Columbus Ms quality inn my company parted ways because of a non refundable stay out trucks were late we called too push the date back so we want loose a stay..we used reservation insurance and the hotel refused too refund we got stuck with $107.00 we disputed twice not for a refund but too push back a day or two..they refused..my company spends thousands of dollars a year at this location first real problem and we were treated like peasants like our business is not valuable my company pulled our business and went too Hilton rewards...me and my wife had a personal trip too and we gave the pearl Ms location a chance too earn our business and it was a perfect stay ..so as too say all locations are not the same..Columbus location gets a cooper Penny 0 out of ten never stay there again ..we are loyal and will continue too support Pearl ms quality in..we are not angry just loyal and believe in relationships..Columbus can learn from Pearl ms how too resolve issues and honor reservation insurance...$107.00 are n still will be in dispute.from my company..

For the price point, the hotel exceeded my expectations. It was situated in a safe neighborhood (right off the highway), was in close proximity to shopping/dining, ample parking, and the room was clean. Absolutely no complaints.

The hotel was not what I expected. Our room smelled, you could not lock the door. There was mold on the curtains and water damaged around the AC. The AC was dirty and who knows what was coming out.

Very unhappy!
Upon arrival multiple guest were checking out and leaving due to dirty rooms and bed bug sightings. My daughter is extremely allergic and had a cheer competition the next morning. The man at the front desk told me I could inspect the room and if I wanted that he would give me a refund. I went up to look and the room is far from clean and had an awful smell. We did not see any bedbugs but were afraid to take a chance with my daughter being allergic. He then said he could not refund me because I booked through hotels.com. He said I’d have to call them so I got on the phone to try. It was taking some time and he then tells me across the room it’s been more than 10 minutes so even if they agree I can’t give you a refund you only had 10 minutes from when you checked in. Keep in mind if was well passed 10 minutes since we had checked in before we ever went up to check the room out. His story changed multiple times and was very unprofessional. We finally left because it was late and my daughter needed to sleep. I got in touch with hotels.com and they agreed with the refund and they said they just needed to contact the property. The property didn’t answer any of their attempts for over a week now so no refund. One night in Jackson ended up costing me almost $300. DO NOT stay here and if you do please don’t pre pay.
