I have absolutely nothing to complain about. The room was nice and clean, air worked fine, shower was grate, the guy at the front desk was very nice, and breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy, ham, waffles, and other stuff. Around the property was nice and clean. We were pretty tired so we didn't go out at night, we got dinner and stayed in. The only noise I heard was doors shutting once in a while but thats it. Would definitely stay here again and I recommend this hotel. Liz

I did not like anything and I need my 62.50.back and they charged me extra a 162.50 and they were not clean and my handicapped daughter got bit by bedbugs and I asked for a refund and I have not gotten it yet and I'll never book their again.

Our flight into Jackson arrived late so we overnighted at the hotel. The room was clean, the bed comfortable, nice breakfast included in the price of the room. The lobby, hallways, and breakfast room were very clean and tidy. Just what we needed for our first night in Mississippi.

When we pulled in there were people having a conversation where the cars should be and they had no thought to their safety or any consideration for us as travelers arriving to our hotel destination late at night. The customer service was much the same- no true assistance or appreciation for our business. The ice maker didn’t work and apparently neither did the air conditioner on the second floor. I wouldn’t stay again because the owners don’t seem to care that you’re giving them business.
