I would stay somewhere else
Almost everything about this stay was bad. It started with nobody ever being at the front desk. It took 10 minutes before someone showed up to check in. When we got to our room we didn't have any towels, soap, shampoo. We had a coffee maker, but no pot. We went to our complimentary breakfast only to find corn flakes and thats it. The shower was still dirty and had hair in the tub.

You can tell that this hotel has potential however its current state is deplorable. There is visiable mold in the rooms, especially the bathroom. Due to the mold, the rooms have a very strong mold/mildew smell. When we arrived there was only one towel, however, when we asked for a second we were provided one right away. The blanket on the bed had a blood stain on it. The bathroom in the one room had a large leak through the ceiling on the morning of check out that was coming from the room above and was reported to the staff. We were asked to provide a 50$ deposit hold upon check in that was to be releeased when we checked out, however they processed the hold and it was posted to my credit card. I will never stay at this hotel again.

The front desk attendant was very rude and kicked my kid, who was helping me with my luggage, out of the building as I was standing at the desk checking in! The attendant pointed at a sign posted that included the words "No Visitors" and absolutely refused to help me -- and was actually mean about it -- because the No Visitors rule meant my kid couldn't even be *in the building*. It's a ridiculous rule to start with, but the way the attendant implemented it demonstrated incredibly poor customer service, and frankly, incredibly poor relations to a fellow human being. I also witnessed the same attendant treat another guest in the same way: she kicked them out of the building while they were waiting inside out of the rain for their Uber, simply because they hadn't paid the security deposit (but even though they *had* paid for the room itself!) When I got to my room, I discovered it was in a state of disrepair. The bathroom door didn't have a doorknob; instead it had pencil marks where the knob should go. And the front panel of the bathroom counter was naked wood with a cut-out intended for a tissue box, but it was only a hole and nothing else -- no tissues. I've never experienced such harsh treatment from *any* hotel

Mold contaminated DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!
Had to wait 15 minutes to check in and wished I hadn’t. She is Rude and not helpful at all. The room smell of dog and mold. Dear Lord don’t turn on the a/c because it just makes it even worse. I called her from the front desk to request a different room. She told me “No” and that I needed to check out and leave. So we did. We were not the only unsatisfied guests trying to get out of that biohazard of a hotel. Quality is what it is Not that is for sure. Hotel.com took a couple of hours to get me some key cash points for being charged the one unstayed night. Just don’t stay here, unless you are the “regulars”already coming and going. This place needs condemned, torn down! She needs fired! Called the health department, they gave me another number to a LARA but they were also no help. I will find out who to contact to shut this place down!

The property was unsanitary, dirty, filthy, and unsafe. The shower was filthy, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months! There was black mold in the ceiling. The mirrors were smudged and nasty. The sheets and bedding were filthy with dirt smudges and stains. The tables were sticky and disgusting. I left within 30 mins of getting in the room. They refused to refund my money or change rooms.

I booked with Expedia, hotel is nothing as advertised by Expedia. I was charged a $50 damage deposit, didn't know until after the charge hit my bank. Told by manager it was nothing and I'll get it back once I check out. Since I was billed a damage deposit I asked the manager to inspect the room with me to go over the damages I already found to ensure I wasn't going to be charged. She refused. I inspected the room in detail, found more filth, damages to furniture & fixtures, blood and/or feces wiped on the bathroom wall. Found 2 smoked cigars with plastic tips near the headboard. Supposed to be non-smoking room, cobwebs and thick dust are dark yellow from smoking!!! Desk chair missing from room, used shower chair to sit on at desk. Refrigerator didn't work, noted also on a previous complaint on the BBB complaint site. Many complaints lodged against this establishment. When I checked out I asked an employ to inspect my room for damages, he refused, I called the manager, she again, refused, she would take care of it. She sure did, I received a refund of $8.88 from the $50 deposit without explaination. I called back once I got home seeking an explanation, she told me to call back Monday. Still no refund. I took pictures of the damages that I had found when I checked in and just before checkout.

A man used a key card and came into my room at 9 pm, uninvited. The bathroom door was falling off the hinges and delaminating. Staff has very thick accent making communication a challange. Front desk is not staffed, you must call for help using a dirty public use phone on the desk. Outdoor entrances were unsecured, giving unobstructed access to non-guests.

Every room they have shown me smells of pot, cigarettes and death. This is advertised as a smoke free property. The staff shows no sign of caring. Stains everywhere, broken lamps, sheets have never been washed. Mold is rampant. STAY AWAY. Not sure I can trust Expedia after this one.

I don't know if there was anything we liked that would be better than any of the nearby hotels. The low price is what brought us here but I will definitely pay a bit more next time for a more reputable and quality establishment. The staff was terrible and I never saw anyone at the front desk unless you called on the phone and they still took around 30min to show up. The rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, however, the entire place reaked on cigarette stench. The door in my room was not self closing (you had to force it shut) which I believe is out of compliance and illegal. As well, the smoke detector in the room had no batteries in it which is also illegal. We didn't even attempt to try out the advertised "free breakfast" but we never even saw any breakfast either to begin with. All in all, this place is an absolute mess.

One employee woke us up at 10 o’clock and said they were just letting us know check out was at 11. Came back every 15 minutes very rude. The breakfast was a joke. I think the health department should be called on this place is not safe for anyone to stay at.
