This is a remodeled hotel that is an excellent condition in Jackson. We had a suite which had a large sitting area with frig, coffee and microwave. The sleeping area was large also with 2 queens. Bathroom was very nice with large shower and heated floor. This hotel is within walking distance of numerous restaurants and shops. Parking was convenient. Liked this hotel a lot.

I paid almost $500 USD for a night. Arrived at 4:20 PM and being told the room is not ready for check in yet ( supposed to be ready by 4:00PM). The room cleaning was very poor. My wife can feel much sand on the bed sheet , may be from the preivous guests. There were not enough breakfast tables, and many guests have to wait in the busy morning.

Stayed one night on our travels through Yellowstone & Tetons with family of 4. Checkin was easy and staff was helpful with recommendations. Rooms were large in main building and appeared to be recently renovated. The cookies in the evening are delicious and a nice touch along with beverages all day. Few minute walk to the main square. Would recommend!

Large recently renovated space. Super convenient to Grand Tetons NP. Walkable to shops and restaurants. Great breakfast! Free hot cookies every afternoon! Kitchenette in room could use updates/upgrades. Room sleeps 6 but only provided plates for 3 and forks for 4. Also, only provided towels for 4. Please provide enough supplies for number of people on the reservation. Also, no dining table in room although there is space for one.

nice hotel & comfortable room w really nice toiletries (for purchase if you desire) nicest guest laundry facility I've ever used... with comfortable seats, a folding table and guest restroom attached-( when you travel by Harley, you like to do laundry every few days) nice & private outdoor guest lounge area as well -be warned, there's not enough seats for breakfast crowd! but a better than average hotel free breakfast

The property and rooms were very clean and well-maintained. The 2 queen bed room we had was probably the biggest hotel room I have ever stayed in - plenty of space for storage and walking around. The complimentary buffet breakfast was surprisingly good and had all the essentials one would expect. Property's location is great - walking distance to all shops and restaurants, and easy drive to Grand Teton NP. Parking was easy to find, even when part of the parking lot was blocked off for a big tour bus.
