Great proximity to bars and restaurants
I traveled with my elderly father (81) to visit family and friends in Jacksonville. We really enjoy historic neighborhoods and homes. Our home is 90 years old. The charm of the home and the covered porch where we could relax and smoke cigars was what drew us to this property. Other than some minor cleaning issues upon arrival, which the host quickly addressed, we felt we received good value for the money.

The cutest house most comfortable house ever
I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The house itself is absolutely adorable and super well kept. The bed in the master bedroom was SO comfy it was hard to get up in the morning! I didn't need to contact Ava for anything as everything was perfect. My favorite part was taking a long bath in the indoor jacuzzi. Hanging out eating local food in the cute living room while watching the NBA playoffs all week was just what I needed. Definitely recommend!

Great Host
This was our second time staying at this home. We love the location, many places to hang out just around the corner, two breweries are within walking distance. Very close to 5 points as well. Ava is great! Super easy to deal with and quick to communicate. The house has tons of character, and is really charming.

What an awesome slice of heaven! The house exudes charm and we were extremely comfortable. Plenty of seating areas outside to enjoy but we especially loved the front porch and meeting the neighborhood pups on their morning walks. Our host Ava was very responsive and accommodating and we highly recommend her placeā€¦you wonā€™t be disappointed!

Great neighborhood and fun vibe
The location is really great - easy walk to many restaurants. Historic area and homes are very pretty. Both bedrooms had bureaus and plenty of hangars. Enough cookware if you want to cook there. Outdoor spaces were very nice. A little more private in the back as other guests tend to group on the front deck. Had a great time meeting and spending time with other guests. Very social environment.

Wonderful stay in a historic part of Jacksonville. Easy access to 95. Cozy cool nights spent on the comfy bohemian styled front porch with a cup of tea was just what I needed as a mini vacation to destress. Perfect!

I really enjoyed myself at this Property! I had the best host! Very responsive and such a sweetheart! The location was absolutely more than I expected. The property was nothing short of beautiful. I love the bedrooms and the whole bohemian vibe It was very easy to find and our neighbors were very pleasant! The host had pamphlets and small notes around the house as little reminders on the rules and how to use things which I really appreciated! There was nothing that I really needed to bring except for my clothes and myself because the property already had everything that I needed: tissue, towels, pots n pans even hair appliances! AND DONT GET ME STARTED ON THAT BEAUTIFUL BATHROOM !! It was right in the heart of where I wanted to be and I canā€™t wait to book again 10/10 would recommend definitely choose this house for any of your bookings.!! Or any of their other properties for that matter!

Ava was great!
We enjoyed our stay. We locked ourself out on the first night and couldnā€™t remember the code for door which was on phone that was left inside the house.We called Ava at 11:00 and she gave us the code and we were able to get in very quickly.We weā€™re very grateful, especially since our dog was still inside!!

Comfortable stay. Artsy & eclectic decor.
Neat neighborhood. Nice big front porch with big, comfortable outdoor couches to sit on and visit. Very nice fenced in patio outback. Great side yard to let dog go potty. The only thing to be warned about is if you are over 6 feet and weigh over 250 the beds may feel a bit small.

Quick Jax couples getaway
Nice little place in the middle of everything. We enjoyed our stay. We didnā€™t use the kitchen or second bedroom but the areas we did use were comfortable and clean. Cutely decorated as well. Wish we had time to sit in one of the outside spaces. Only complaint was parking, thereā€™s not enough spaces for each unit to have a space, and the street parking, while ample, is not readily available on weekends, which was when we stayed. Someone even parked directly on walkway blocking the front porch steps! (Not owners fault, just giving a heads up that it may happen)
