Walk to Britt, or Downtown Jacksonville. We are right off the Main Steet coming into town. Charge your EV. 1 for Free. 1 Bedroom, with separate living room. Perfect for a Couple. Furnished living area, new couch with pull-out queen size bed. Can sleep 4 comfortably. All Linens provided. Great Air conditioning/Heat in both bedroom and living room. Flat Screen T.V. with Cable and wi-fi internet provided. Bathroom has a walk-in shower. Coffee Provided, Full Kitchen complete with microwave, electric stove, fridge, island sink, quartz counter tops, silverware, cooking and baking needs. We provide cleaning supplies, paper towels, bar soap, creamer, plus many extras. Do your Laundry (soap provided). Walk in closet with hangers and iron. Outdoor enclosed deck area has privacy divider fence, small table with chairs. (Allow Outdoor Smoking only). Cottage is attached to main residence. Completely private, parking for up to two vehicles. Convenient walking distance to town, shopping, dining, hiking, Pioneer Retirement center is only one block away (visit family). Rays Food place, gas station, and New market with large liquor and wine selection is right across the street. Almost daily opportunities to enjoy viewing wildlife, like our local deer, turkeys, birds, and an occasional orange cat.

Thanksgiving in Jacksonville
We had a wonderful stay, the home was just what we needed. It was cold outside, so the hosts warmed the home prior to our arrival and brought extra toys for our child to play with. They gave us the most wonderful homemade goods when we were departing. Very relaxing and would stay there again.

In town for business that got delayed due to severe ice storm. The hosts were very amicable and not only let me reschedule the timing of my trip, but were able to get me in for an addition two days after my business ran overtime. Linda met me at the curb when I pulled in, then she showed me into the place and made sure I was all set before leaving. She was unobtrusive throughout my stay, but when I started my car to leave, she came out and bid me farewell.
