Great Location.
We had a good time. It is an old hotel so some things are worn but our bed was clean and the bathroom was clean. We had a nice ocean front balcony. The people are professional and exceptionally friendly. Great coffee in the morning. I love that Jacksonville Beach appears to be a local community where the average person can still live by the water.

Kind of out dated. The elevator broken down during our April visit is still broken on Christmas. Guess the owner simply doesn’t care.

I usually stay at any Marriot owned hotel, as they always deliver the consistent quality. This hotel was the most tired Marriot I have ever stayed at. The furniture in the hotel room was stained, the carpet was dark and stained. The entire hotel was not up to Marriot standards. The staff was pleasant and they did have a well stocked market.

The girls at the front desk were wonderful, Sabrina went above and beyond. The hotel is old and outdated. The location is great and they are pet friendly. Perfect for what I needed.

We’ve stayed here several times, and will again!
We’ve been staying here over 10 years for various trips to Jax Beach. We enjoy staying here. The one issue we have is with the sofas in the rooms. They are outdated and very uncomfortable. Other than that, the room was comfortable, and the front desk staff and other staff were very nice.
