The whole property stunk of weed! Inside and out! It filled my 1st floor room! The area outside of the pool and in front of the elevators was extremely noisy. I specifically asked for a quiet room because I'm a very light sleep with Insomnia. I was assured that this was a quiet room. Room 146! I WAS LIED TO and had to breathe second hand smoke the entire time. This place is horrible! As I checked out, I WAS NOT ASKED HOW MY STAY WAS. I had to ask for a survey. This place needs a major overhaul. Managers and staff!

Iā€™ve stayed at this hotel before and have always enjoyed my experience, but unfortunately, this time was a big disappointment. To begin with, the room was uncomfortably hot. Despite adjusting the thermostat multiple times, it wouldnā€™t cool down, making it hard to relax or sleep. The bathroom situation added to the frustration. The toilet was clogged when we arrived, and it took four calls and far too much time to finally get it fixed. This is not the level of service Iā€™ve come to expect from Embassy Suites. The pool, which is usually a highlight, was chaotic and poorly managed. Kids were throwing footballs across the room, creating a safety hazard. Some of my family members were almost hit, and there was no staff present to address the situation. Even more concerning, several of the children in the pool were wearing full outfits instead of proper swimwear, which felt both unhygienic and inappropriate. While Iā€™ve had great experiences here in the past, this stay was far below the standard Iā€™ve come to expect. I truly hope these issues are addressed because I want to continue enjoying this hotel in the future.

The pool is indoor hot tub didn't bubble that much. Breakfast is good has 4 elevevators. We had a suite shower was outdated. Had two events the same night so when we came back there was no parking. It was quit even tho it was indoor they were always cleaning had an area with chairs an tabels for smoking. Overall a good experience would stay again
