Come enjoy the magic of this post-antebellum property which has been tastefully upgraded to reflect present day luxury and style. This beautifully renovated guest house is in a historic tree-lined Orange Park neighborhood. It offers an open concept living area with a fully stocked kitchen, top grain leather sofas, glowing ambiance from the fireplace console, and a larger than life 65" HDTV with surround sound. The kitchen has a granite bar top with 4 bar stools. There is a separate dinette. The large master bedroom has an elegant ensuite with double sinks and a luxurious marble/glass rain shower. A separate loft bedroom sleeps 6. To enjoy the fresh air, sub-tropical flowers and majestic trees, step out your door into a stately (lighted) pergola, which is outfitted with a firepit, and outdoor furniture for comfortable living day and night; indoors and out.

MAXIMUM GUESTS: 8 (There is a $20/night extra guest fee for each guest in excess of 2)

Fantastic stay!
My wife and I rented the guesthouse based on the countless awesome reviews. It was certainly as everyone had described. It’s a beautiful place that is full of charm. It was immaculate, located in a quiet neighborhood while close to everything you might want.Lori is an exceptional host. She communicated with us before, during and after our stay. Buddies golf trip
Great house, great location, 6 buddies in our mid 60’s rented this guest house in conjunction with the main house to get away from the Northeast cold in February and play some golf. Both properties were immaculately clean and well cared for and in close proximity to golf courses as well as restaurants and stores. Lori was a fantastic host and responded to any questions or issues almost immediately. Would highly recommend either or both properties.

A respite for the soul.
I viewed many properties online...but Lori's property certainly beckoned me to choose it. Quiet, peaceful, lovingly restored & well appointed. My husband and I stayed at this cottage to attend a family event in Fleming Island. Great location, easy to find…located in a nice quiet, safe, residential area. The cottage itself is lovely…very clean, well equipped kitchen, comfy bed, very spacious. Would be a great place for a family with children. Lots of outdoor space to run around and play.

Excellent place to stay good location for us. Grocery store within a 1/2 mile from the house and close to workout facilities and shopping for whatever you need . Lori was very helpful and available if we needed something . The Riverwalk was very close if you want to go for a walk.

Everything worked well. Clean, a well stocked of supplies, Kitchen Tools excellent. The only issue is two of the three bedrooms were compressed up in the attic. One suggestion would be to replace the current master bed with a King unit. All and all though, a very enjoyable stay

Guesthouse was perfect for our weekend stay. The owner was very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. The house is cute and comfortable. Please be advised that the stairway leading to the upstairs room is very narrow. The converted attic has low head space and is best used by children. The main bedroom is very spacious so it was not a problem for us. We would definitely stay here again!
