Great Location!!
The communication issue was not due to the owner, but VRBO. I tried to send the below message about the t.v and parking as a reply to the check-in email, but I received a response that email was undeliverable. I was only allowed to rate with stars. Then I had to download the app.We really enjoyed this condo. The view was amazing and the condo was well stocked.There were only two issues. One, the big t.v. in the den would not turn on. We found additional batteries for the remote, but that wasnāt the problem. We also checked the surge protector and tried to actually press the button on the set itself. Everything else on the surge protector worked fine and the t.v. In the bedroom worked. Honestly, we didnāt even watch t.v as the weather was beautiful and we were only there a few days. The only other issue that would be a concern for future guests is about parking. The instructions said that we didnāt need a permit except during holidays. We parked in the assigned space for E-6 and there were many available spots closer. Today, when I got in the car, there was a typed sheet on my windshield that I needed to come get a permit from the office or my car will be towed. Of course, the office wasnāt open on Saturday and we were leaving anyway, so I just threw away the notice. Iām glad my car didnāt get towed! It would seem they would have put the sheet under the door of the room and contacted the owner if they have changed the policy.Overall it was a very good stay.
