Lovely location
This large home worked well for our family group of eight adults and two children. It is definitely a work in progress as stated in the description. The remodeled kitchen and finished areas are great and it could be really fabulous when the rest of the house and pool area are finished. There are multiple gathering spots inside and overall wonderful location and views. Since it is a remodel in progress, there are several unfinished areas so you need to adjust your expectations from staying in a hotel or finished home. It was perfectly fine for our needs and I’m excited to watch the progress and stay again in the future!

Worked well for us
As it says in the listing, this property is still under development. It worked just fine for our group who were in the area to see some plays and poke around town. There was room for everyone, AC, and the kitchen was well stocked. Over time, this could become a great stay. There will need to be a few more refinements first - things like outlets and lights next to the beds, an easy-to-find flashlight in case of neighborhood power outages (our bad luck), a night light for folks making midnight bathroom runs, etc. Right now, it's perfectly fine, very quiet, and did the job! Thank you for having us.

Relaxing Vineyard Stay!
Staying in this country vineyard farmhouse was so relaxing and refreshing! We came to be able to kayak on Applegate Lake. The drive was beautiful back and forth to the lake from this property. The farmhouse is large and spacious! We have a large family and were able to spread out and have some alone space. The dining area and kitchen are well suited to large groups. We stayed here with 5 of our kids and loved it. The views are beautiful. The property is still being renovated but it is well on its way to being finished. Appreciated the attentiveness of the owners to help us get the towels and detergent we needed right away. Also loved hearing the history and legacy of the family and property. We felt very at home here. Thank you for such a great stay!

Absolutely terrible
House was under a renovation and the homeowner didnt disclose any of that, black widows, a very unsafe property. We started the process to dispute the charge and told the homeowners. Will never use this website again. The most awful experience i have ever had.
