Enjoy country living on the outskirts of Jacksonville Florida. Our Farm house is situated on large lot with a backyard big enough for your pets to stretch their legs.

All 3 bedrooms comfortable memory foam mattresses , bedroom 1, king, bedroom 2, queen, bedroom 3, twin. All rooms are fitted with roku tvs so you can stream Netflix, Hulu, or any of your favorites. 1 bathroom with a tub/shower . All bedrooms are equipped with built in bed side usb chargers for easy of use, just bring your charging cable!


WELL WATER WELL WATER!
Our home is on well water, this means to you IT could smell like well water. I have installed a water filtration system and water softener. There is a reverse osmosis filtration system with a tap at the sink for Extra crispy water. The water at the fridge is also filtered. There is no cable tv, we only provide wifi. TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ but there is NO CABLE.

The kitchen is stocked with essentials in case you decide to cook at home, or maybe bake some cookies for a late night snack.
silverware, plates, bowls, cups, Pots, Pans, measuring cups, Pizza cutter, ice cream scoop, wine bottle opener... you get the picture.

No dishwasher... You have to wash the dishes the old fashioned way.

There is a washer and dryer which is perfect for guests staying with us for extended periods of time as well as a fenced in backyard which is fantastic for guests with pets!

Guests have the the entire home to themselves

We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal.

We will invoice you separately for pet and it must be paid prior to arrival.



Our back yard is closed in , and it is secured, however some sections of the fence are older, it is advised that you monitor your pets outside incase they decide to dig a hole or find one.



This neighborhood does have a lot of wasp nests. We do have pest control, have several fly traps hung out side and we keep wasp spray on site just in case.


***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.***

***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.***
